5-stars for mum’s fabulous 99th Birthday cake! It began with a delightful experience collecting mum’s cake from the High Street Ken’s Café Concerto’s helpful staff, and leaving with their kind birthday wishes. We are visiting from the US and our hotel in Kinsington takes us past here going to and from the tube! We made 3 stops and the customer service and food were top notch every single visit. On our last evening were we running late to closing hours and Shah went above and beyond, he and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. We had the best Italian dinner and desert! The friendliness and service will be shared with everyone!
Stopped in here as a group of 5 and had a wonderful lunch here. We ordered the 3 pizza tower, the coronation chicken sandwich, crepes, and some desserts and everything was delicious. I especially enjoyed my Pimm’s cocktail as it paired great with my sandwich. Special thanks to our server Carmen as the service was especially great as well. We are planning to return again this week to have breakfast here.
We came in right at closing time and Shah checked with the staff to be sure they could accommodate us. They we gracious and courteous. We are thankful for Shah and the staff! Food was excellent and he even asked if we wanted desert before they sent it down. Top notch customer service and excellent food.
Very calm and cool if you need to escape the high street. Decent hot chocolate and cake selection. Lots of fun savoury dishes but I am mostly interested in sweets!
