My visit was ok, nothing special, and that applies to both the food and the service. The fried king prawns were not fully de-veined, which was off-putting, and the courgettes and carrots that came with them were drenched in oil. The oil was clean, but there was far too much of it. Passed by the cafe yesterday with their sweets calling my friend and my names. We said tomorrow for breakfast. Coffee and sweets. Did not expect a full menu as well as multiple choices for drinks. Had my first Spanish Latte - sweet smooth and elegant. An egg, mayo, and bacon sandwich. Yum! And ended the meal with Oreo Cheesecake and Black Forrest Cake. Wanted more, but my stomach can only expand so much. Very relaxed and classy atmosphere. The service was amazing!

I recently visited Café Concerto for lunch with my wife. While the aesthetics and ambiance of the café were pleasant (which was the main reason we chose to go there as we were already in the area), unfortunately the food itself did not meet expectations in terms of taste or quality. The most disappointing part of the experience, however, was at the point of payment. Hello, we had one soup, one cake, and one espresso and paid £37. They also added a discretionary service charge to the bill — by discretionary, I mean 25% of the total bill. How is a tourist supposed to know this? We were forced to pay it. I want a refund. Tourists should not be treated this way. Update: None of my issues were resolved
