Food was great, pictures honestly do no justice to the portion sizes on plates here as food was plentiful for the price! So much of a selection on the menu to choose from, and desserts were amazing. Service was slow but equally was better with who appeared to be the manager, but would recommend to visit if you havent been before as its a much calmer atmosphere vs the branch directly opposite Harrods so you can visit and actually hear a conversation you're having!

Every time we visit London we have to visit Caffe Concerto for a shared Pizza and drinks as a break between activities. The food is delicious, the service impeccable and the setting is beautiful, its also really good value for money. We tend to visit after the lunchtime rush so we can easily find a table. It has become our favourite place to visit and we hope to visit every branch 😊 thank you to all the wonderful staff for always offering perfect service.

I dont believe you can ever go wrong visiting here. I had no idea there were 2 Caffè Concertos a few minutes apart from each other. This particular one was nicer as there is seating outside and table arrangements had more space. As usual the quality of food and the service was impeccable, cannot wait to visit this particular branch again.

Been here before was disappointed with the service I received today. This is just a tourist trap, situated in Knightsbridge overpriced & lacklustre service. The coffee arrived late, had to prompt the staff to deliver it, staff didn’t seem enthusiastic despite paying a premium price to dine. The decor is very opulent, French & elegant, service doesn’t match.

It’s a usual place that I go when in London, quite a few places scattered about the city and I generally love their deserts. This time was no different as we ordered the scones and a cake both were yummy 😋 and delicious. Service was not what I expected with table needing to be cleaned even though it was not occupied, forgot the spoon which I needed to remind them but still overall was good. Will definitely go back.
