Cafe concerto was amazing! Went for an afternoon tea and was running a bit late but the staff members were accommodating and so kind. Tea and hot chocolate was amazing. I want to give a special shout out to Yuri Q who served us and was friendly and made us feel at home and added to our experience.
This is honestly one of my favourite restaurants and the reason why is because I have a basic palate and I’m specific on the type of food one likes and Caffe Concerto is a place that offers various different types of foods I consider irresistible. I’ve been to multiple branches and it always delivers and I mean at all levels breakfast, lunch, dinner, and desserts. I highly recommend any of the branches.
The service was excellent by Mr Rubel. The Food was great,too. The only notice for the management would be the following: The mattress at the entrance looks old and could be replaced. Or the glass in which the cakes are presented in, at the left hand side of the room, has cracks. With little improvements like this which don't cost a lot you would get full on 5 star ratings in all areas and be exactly as classy as the newly opened competition. So staff,food and service top but a bit of improvement in details needed.
Our server was Daniel. He helped make our visit relaxing and comfortable. He was very attentive and made good recommendations. The tea, pastries and scones were delightful, just what we needed. Even though it was busy Daniel took time out to take some photographs of us for us . Thanks Daniel, great job, you made our visit very enjoyable. Thanks Terry & Janet.
Really nice visit today for lunch. First time having food here. Yuri was especially lovely and a real asset to the restaurant. All the other staff were friendly too. Food amazing. Massive portions and really good value for money. Will definitely return.
