I've visited today around noon the Coffe Concerto @ Knightsbridge. I was amazed by tidy and attractive shopwindow. There I saw a layered cake, seemed to be pistachio sponge and some fluffy cream arranged on top of eachother for many turns... So in I went. I politely greated by the staff members, and shortly seated. Sana, my server in a polite and professional way looked after with me. Sana S was not attentive at all (another waiter had to get our refills, remove plates, and get Sana so we could pay). At the end, she made us pull out our phones, PRESSED 5 stars herself (on my phone!), and told us to say that service was great—which it wasn’t. Food was fine though.
Loved the food and ambience. The highlight was the amazing staff, especially SANA. She was so friendly and welcoming, and made our visit extra special. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!
