I’ve walked past this restaurant so many times while working nearby but never had the chance to go in. Today, I visited with my 6-year-old daughter, and I’m so glad we did. We had a fantastic experience. The food was amazing, the cocktails were delicious, and the service was excellent from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to entertain my daughter and make her feel really special, which made the visit even more memorable. We were greeted served by Sana she was welcoming our breakfast was delicious. Sana check that everything was okay and if we needed anything else. WE WILL BE BACK AGAIN HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Thank you Sana for making us feel so welcome 😊
Sana S was not attentive at all (another waiter had to get our refills, remove plates, and get Sana so we could pay). At the end, she made us pull out our phones, PRESSED 5 stars herself (on my phone!), and told us to say that service was great—which it wasn’t. Food was fine though.
Good food and value being able to redeem Fork yums (eventually). Service lacked warmth and attention to detail. Fire exit was blocked with an ice machine and toilet area was quite messy, you could see the staff changing rooms! The dodgy service charge policy put me off. Redeeming yums wasn’t easy and required asking staff 3 times. We booked but nobody asked us if we have done so when we arrived. Overall a pretty average place profiting from its prominent location.
Food pricey (think nearly £20 for a sandwich) but OK. Service a bit miserable. Diet Coke at £5.35 served in a free promo Coke glass beyond cheap (but not cheap!). 13.5% added to the bill that includes a very scammy ‘Hospitality Excellence Contribution’, which one assumes is to pay for the staff training.
