I've visited today around noon the Coffe Concerto @ Knightsbridge. I was amazed by tidy and attractive shopwindow. There I saw a layered cake, seemed to be pistachio sponge and some fluffy cream arranged on top of eachother for many turns... So in I went. I politely greated by the staff members, and shortly seated. Sana, my server in a polite and professional way looked after with me. Loved the food and ambience. The highlight was the amazing staff, especially SANA. She was so friendly and welcoming, and made our visit extra special. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!
Good food and value being able to redeem Fork yums (eventually). Service lacked warmth and attention to detail. Fire exit was blocked with an ice machine and toilet area was quite messy, you could see the staff changing rooms! The dodgy service charge policy put me off. Redeeming yums wasn’t easy and required asking staff 3 times. We booked but nobody asked us if we have done so when we arrived. Overall a pretty average place profiting from its prominent location.
