Excellent staff. I usually find the wait time/visits take a while, but in my opinion that's worth it to have an OB who is going to listen to EVERY question and respond with such knowledge, interest and gentleness. Dr Clayton is wonderful and her staff are so helpful, always make me feel welcome and always make me smile!!
I met Dr.Clayton in the St. Vincent’s ER, suffering from a missed miscarriage… upon meeting and talking to her, I quickly realized she was sent to me from the universe as the best person I could’ve met and spoken with during such a traumatic time. The staff are professional. But the wait time is horrible. I had an appointment with Dr. Williams. My appointment was at 8:30am. The front desks knows she gets to the office at 9:00am and will tell you this. This day I had to wait an hour and 15 minutes, ended up leaving because of other obligations. To make someone wait this long is just unprofessional and disappointing. Be prepared to wait when you get there.
Tasha is a great nurse she’s caring & compassionate it saddens me that she’s not there anymore and I’m deciding to find another doctor because you have to have a one on one relationship with your nurse and she cares about her patience when she come back I will. It’s not fair that you get attached to people and then they have to leave. It seems like this all been going on in Cahaba in Princeton lately. I also will be asking the people that I have invited to this clinic to follow me until things change. Remind you, Dr. William... read more
