I had my initial intake with Dr. Clayton this week. She and her staff were amazing. They listened to my concerns and we were able to make future plans.
Laine Anthony is very thorough and addresses all of my concerns. This resolved my dislike of the wait times.The first desk is always lighthearted and welcoming. I do appreciate my visits, I don't care for the way the lab smells, but tolerate bc I have a mask and don't have to be in there long. Overall, I give it a 5!
They are extremely unprofessional and incompetent‼️They cancelled 2 of my appointments back to back but never called me to let me know! 0 out of 100 don’t recommend! The Phlebotomist has the worst attitude EVER just horrible experience Yall Suck Do Better‼️
Excellent staff. I usually find the wait time/visits take a while, but in my opinion that's worth it to have an OB who is going to listen to EVERY question and respond with such knowledge, interest and gentleness. Dr Clayton is wonderful and her staff are so helpful, always make me feel welcome and always make me smile!!
This was our first visit, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Dr. Clayton, Felisha, and the entire team made us feel so welcome, truly seen and heard. They went above and beyond to ensure we felt comfortable and cared for. We are so grateful for their kindness and professionalism- highly recommend!
