Our hot water heater recently gave out and we called this company to get it fixed. Someone came out to give us an estimate of about $500 to get it replaced, he said that that was all inclusive, we thought that seemed fair so we agreed to have it replaced on the following day. When they came the following day, they work...ed for a total of about 2 hours, but said they were here for 5 hours while...
