Everythings more or less brand new. Comes furnished with ALL appliances; Fridge, Stove, dishwasher (all in black 😊) granite counter tops, beautiful dark but modern cabinets ( i.e. the idea looking type) dark hardwood looking floors throught (except bedrooms) each room had a descent size closet & an addition larger closet at entry way. My unit is a 3bdrm 2 FULL baths which is definitely a PLUS!! (matching cabinets/counter tops throughout) my understanding is many of the units not only vary in size but in set up.
