Honestly, I’ve never had such a great experience at a doctor’s office. Every staff member I interacted with was kind and helpful. Dr. Carlie Trevelyan, PA, and her assistant were amazing—efficient, caring, and professional. While I was standing in the hallway, a doctor who wasn’t even treating me stopped to ask if I was being helped, which surprised me in the best way. Run, don't walk away from this office. Everything they asked me to do (labs, follow ups, scripts) had to be done two and three times over because they could not get paperwork in, didn't send scripts, didn't send lab requests. Then they wanted additional biopsies, but I went to a different dermatology office. They looked through all my stuff and said additional biopsies would not be necessary, given the first results and the labs.
