Sean and the crew are very professional with deep expertise. Over 12 months they cleaned up bumps and marks on my face. They have a text based broadcast so you can be alerted of cancellations as often a scheduled appointments is months out.
Love this place. I need to go twice a year and they take good care of me. The location is situated near cottage hospital. Their staff are competent and friendly. They take my insurance. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else.
Run, don't walk away from this office. Everything they asked me to do (labs, follow ups, scripts) had to be done two and three times over because they could not get paperwork in, didn't send scripts, didn't send lab requests. Then they wanted additional biopsies, but I went to a different dermatology office. They looked through all my stuff and said additional biopsies would not be necessary, given the first results and the labs.
