First time having to rent in 12 yrs so it was a bit overwhelming but that being said..... Ellie & Gus made it pretty easy. These 2 folks took care of everything and always kept me in the loop. I'm definitely endorsing this company.
Just wanted to share my experience about California Leasing Management especially would like to mention Gus Gomez, Danny Besch and Ellie Gould . They are really professional and they try to make each client happy) thank each of you guys for trying to accommodate in any questions regarding renting a house.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY We moved into a new house a few months ago managed by CALIFORNIA LEASING. West Hills house, with 5K rent. They do everything over internet no walk through. The Bathrooms windows are missing screens. The smoke alarms are missing or dont work. The master bathtub doesn’t work. We reported this SIMPLE issues 10 weeks ago. 4 repair people came out to assess 4 times….still nothing has been fixed. These are building and safety violations. Having used other property management companies in the past and had somewhat poor result I am very glad I contacted California Leasing. Gus and Cody were extremely professional and work very hard to find me a great tenant. I highly recommend them I will be using them in the future. I used SCV Leasing to represent my home in Canyon Country for rental. They have been excellent managers for the past two years of leasing. They found several good possible tenants, and flawlessly managed monthly rent and the minor expenses that occurred. I couldn't be happier with the people and the service.
