Be very careful if you are leasing a home from this company. They practice a number of predatory policies, and will attempt to get away with as much as they can. They use a resident benefits package as an excuse to raise the rent an additional $125 per month. This "package" charges you $70 for internet that costs $40 on the open market, and also charges you $50 for a "maintenance portal" that the company never responds to. I've rented a property with this company for over 2 years now. First, the rent is too high for the property, but that complaint can probably be said for most rentals. Also, the gardening service is unpredictable and not frequent enough. The biggest issue is that the AC has been out for nearly 4 weeks and staff has been slow to communicate status updates or simply don't return calls/emails. California Leasing Property Management has been managing my rental property for about 4 years now. They are very professional and have kept me in the loop constantly with tenant requests and maintenance services. Starla has been very responsive to my emails and always answers any questions I have about the property. I highly recommend California Leasing for property owners and I can only assume they provide the same level of excellent service to their tenants as well.

Justin our property manager is always on top of the maintenanceissues.the latest was when my husband sent out a work request at 11:45pm in the evening and ge responded within a couple minutes. The next the day the problem was fixed.i can't say how happy I am so happy to have Justin as out property manager. We definitely recommend this company and property manager.

Justin helped get our lease application approved quickly, and we really appreciated how smooth he made the process, especially with it being our first place together. The company overall has been great too. They stay on top of maintenance requests and make rent payments super easy. Anytime we’ve had a question, it’s been answered clearly and quickly. You can tell they genuinely care and take their work seriously.
