I made an appointment as a new patient and scheduled my appt for 2:30pm. I get a call the day before advising me the Doctor had to leave early if I can go in at 2 instead. I already told my job I was leaving at 2pm so I then told them I had to leave at 1:30pm instead to accommodate the doctor. I show up for my appointment and when I am done filing out the paperwork the male in the front desk asked for my copay. Clean facility, professional staff, and top-tier medical care. Highly recommended for anyone in the Inland Empire needing surgical care.
Dr. Abidali and his staff have been nothing less than professional and superb. They've been attentive, keeping me up to date with informationand appointments. His surgery was not only timely, but his thorough examination to the reason for surgery was life saving to say the least. Recommending such vital team is not only encouraged but highly advisable.
Great doctor, had a great recovery. Dr. Abidali you have wonderful staff. If you can please let Sandra know thank you so much for her help, she truly went above and beyond since my first visit. Always answered my questions, was always available when I called the office truly an amazing nurse. Dr. Abidali thank you once again will definitely recommend you and your wonderful office.
Excellent except waiting a little too long but I understand because afternoon appointment. I prefer mornings. Things move along a little faster. Dr. Qureshi 5 stars.
