I would give zero stars if I could. Calli Hall canceled our first meeting the day before after waiting a month for an appt then she was late to our next appt. When I couldn't connect via Zoom she got a nasty attitude toward me when I needed mental health care. She then proceeded to hang up on me. I reminded her that I have a mental health condition and asked for grace as she had already hung up the phone. I will be filing a grievance
