I have been renting my house through Cambridge Management since 9/19. I have never had an issue when I have a problem. They repond to my maintenance requests in a timely manner and immediately when I have had an emergency. They are always polite, clean up there when they are finished and followup that the work was complete. I would recommend Cambridge Management based upon my experience with them!
This has been the worst experience I have ever had. We can’t wait to move out from under them. I have never seen a management company so disorganized, aggressive, incapable of coordinated communication, and overall ineptitude. They use slimy sales tactics, and have no ownership of decisions made by different employees in the company. I genuinely do not understand their disdain for their job. Please try not to let them persuade you otherwise.
Unfortunately, Cambridge doesn't really seem to care about its tenants. Some examples: 1) The property is advertised as having laundry facilities onsite. Recently, both washing machines were out of service for months. Whenever we asked for them to be fixed, we were told that we'd have to contact the company that actually owns the machines (the company that Cambridge contracts with) ourselves, and that laundry services are simply an "amenity" and Cambridge has no obligation to provide functioning machines. Cambridge's Maintenance Department is due a "gold star" in my opinion. Their technician, "James", was sent to complete a work order #57177 which replaced (2), two of my 2017 smoke detectors. My Carbon Monoxide/Smoke Detector near kitchen was replaced within this past year. And a new to me, doorbell long broken by previous neighboring tenant.
