Great service and outstanding customer care at this location. We recently had both of our vehicle serviced and they did a wonderful job on both occasions. Jeff, the Service advisor did an outstanding job communicating The status of our vehicles. This includes status updates on oil changes, pick up service and daily updates. I would highly recommend service from this great team of people.
My true recommendation is to not buy a car from this dealership so you don’t have to deal with their service department. Every scheduled service has been a problem. If the dealership told you they would give you a rental while they did your service, that is also a lie. First issue - my car only had 2000 miles on it and the screen went out for the radio and my moon roof shade started making noise. Today, I took my 2020 Lincoln Aviator to Camelback Lincoln Service for a power window issue that has ocurred 4 or 5 times over the past 2 years. For the first time, Service Ambassador, Richard Munch, showed me how to reset the window memory in 2 minutes. For 2 years I have been making service appointments and leaving my car for the Service Tech to do this 2 minute fix. But Richard was the first one to show me how simple it is to reset myself. The service department at both Lincoln and Ford are so disrespectful to veterans. It’s not even funny. I bought my mustang and my Lincoln from Ford. Camelback. Don’t buy any cars from there their service their sales they’re so disrespectful. Oh my God they’re part of my neighborhood too you know something I worked for the state of Arizona and I work for Maricopa county I’m gonna let everybody know how you treat veterans.woke joke !
