This service department is outstanding! Great people and exceptional service. My car went into reduced power (limp) mode, but I was able to get it to the dealership, and they took care of everything from there. They quickly diagnosed the issue, arranged a ride for me, and kept me informed every step of the way throughout the repair process. Thank you, Angela, and the entire staff, for making a stressful situation so much easier. I truly appreciate your professionalism and excellent customer service!
My true recommendation is to not buy a car from this dealership so you don’t have to deal with their service department. Every scheduled service has been a problem. If the dealership told you they would give you a rental while they did your service, that is also a lie. First issue - my car only had 2000 miles on it and the screen went out for the radio and my moon roof shade started making noise. Great service and outstanding customer care at this location. We recently had both of our vehicle serviced and they did a wonderful job on both occasions. Jeff, the Service advisor did an outstanding job communicating The status of our vehicles. This includes status updates on oil changes, pick up service and daily updates. I would highly recommend service from this great team of people.
Today, I took my 2020 Lincoln Aviator to Camelback Lincoln Service for a power window issue that has ocurred 4 or 5 times over the past 2 years. For the first time, Service Ambassador, Richard Munch, showed me how to reset the window memory in 2 minutes. For 2 years I have been making service appointments and leaving my car for the Service Tech to do this 2 minute fix. But Richard was the first one to show me how simple it is to reset myself.
