This is the worst service department for timeliness. I had an 8:30 appointment for an OIL CHANGE and was told it will be two hours because they're really busy. What is the point of an appointment? The last time I was here for service, it was a similarly frustrating experience. Once my included services expire, I won't come near this place. I love the vehicle, but the sales guy after the purchase was less than wonderful, and the service department SUCKS!
Terrible experience! We brought our vehicle in because the check engine light was on and the engine felt like it was struggling a bit. We requested to diagnose the engine issue and inform us what was wrong. They instead inspected the vehicle and sent suggestions to fix/replace other minor parts that were completely unrelated to the engine issue. The service department is only interested in finding the deepest point in your wallet and has very little interest in fixing the simpler requests you came in for. On more than one occasion I had problems over-diagnosed at exponential cost. Do not seek help here if you have any other options, there are many reputable shops nearby that will take care of your requests instead of testing your credit card.
Bought our Subaru here less than a year ago. Brought it in for service 3 times with issues each time, and the last time got "attitude" from staff. My wife did a poor review but we were never contacted about it. We just now had them do the Zaktek we paid for when we bought the vehicle. They washed it before Zaktek but left water spots under the Zaktek. They "handled" but spots still there. Tiny chip also on front of hood but they said they don't carry touch up paint. Was quoted $1,000+ in repairs for an issue a local mechanic found out was a simple battery clamp being loose, causing rattling as I drove. Literally was a free fix, but the mechanics here assumed it to be my lower control arms. Probably won’t be coming back here for servicing.
