Subaru service review If I could give them 0 stars I would. I purchased a new 2022 Ascent from Camelback Subaru in December 2021. My warranty expired 6k miles ago, and at my 60k mile service (which cost $1200) their mechanics did not properly reinstall the o-ring. The incorrect placement of this $2 part created an oil leak which caused $11,000 in damage. Brought my new 2025 Forester in for windshield work and they routed it to a third-party glass shop without telling me the replacement glass wouldn't be OEM. I'll start with the positive - the service advisors are friendly and welcoming. A lyft credit is provided so you don't have to wait there for your vehicle, though the waiting area is comfortable and spacious. Yesterday I had an appointment at 12:30, but my car was not ready until 5:45pm. At 4:40 I received the inspection, which means my car sat for a few hours after my appointment time.
