Subaru service review If I could give them 0 stars I would. I purchased a new 2022 Ascent from Camelback Subaru in December 2021. My warranty expired 6k miles ago, and at my 60k mile service (which cost $1200) their mechanics did not properly reinstall the o-ring. The incorrect placement of this $2 part created an oil leak which caused $11,000 in damage. Subaru demanded I pay $3,000 and called it a deductible, stating they would cover the rest since the issue is due mechanic and manufacturer failures, to no fault of my own. ... read more

★☆☆☆☆ Extremely Disappointed The front desk service staff were friendly. Not a bad remark to make about them. I brought my Subaru to the dealership because it was experiencing a transmission issue. Instead of focusing on the actual problem, I was presented with an estimate totaling over $16,000 in repairs. Some of the items they claimed needed to be repaired simply did not make sense. It took about a month of me pushing before the dealership acknowledged they should've vetted the third party vendor better, took responsibility, and paid for the OEM glass instead of charging me for it. Even then, the camera st... read more

Service department is mediocre at best. Oil changes take forever even if you have a scheduled appointment. Services are overpriced compared to other Subaru Dealers. The manager Frank is very rude and more concerned about being right than he is about helping customers, which seems to be a shared attitude amongst the manager and service advisors. Once my service warranties expire I will not be returning.

Best service! Great communication. My vehicle was detailed inside and out at a VERY reasonable price. I drive 30 minutes out of my way to take my vehicle here because of the option to get a detail. Also got an oil change and cabin filter replacement, too. Thank you!
