I'll start with the positive - the service advisors are friendly and welcoming. A lyft credit is provided so you don't have to wait there for your vehicle, though the waiting area is comfortable and spacious. Yesterday I had an appointment at 12:30, but my car was not ready until 5:45pm. At 4:40 I received the inspection, which means my car sat for a few hours after my appointment time. Best service! Great communication. My vehicle was detailed inside and out at a VERY reasonable price. I drive 30 minutes out of my way to take my vehicle here because of the option to get a detail. Also got an oil change and cabin filter replacement, too. Thank you!
I was scheduled for routine maintenance for the following week, but I had a tier issue that needed to be fixed right away. My Service advisor , Chloe Edin got me in immediately. I have been working with her for a while. She is amazing. She is knowledgeable, professional and personable.
Service is always excellent. They communicate clearly and keep you up to date on everything. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I bought my Subaru at this dealer and only trust them to maintain it.
This is the worst service department for timeliness. I had an 8:30 appointment for an OIL CHANGE and was told it will be two hours because they're really busy. What is the point of an appointment? The last time I was here for service, it was a similarly frustrating experience. Once my included services expire, I won't come near this place. I love the vehicle, but the sales guy after the purchase was less than wonderful, and the service department SUCKS!
