I called to order a part and the experience was extremely disappointing. The first time, I was placed on hold for over 7 minutes, only to have someone pick up and set the phone down on the counter while I listened to employees chatting with each other. It didn’t sound like they were busy, just uninterested in helping. After listening for 4 minutes, waiting, I hung up and called back, I was told to hold again, this time for 6 minutes, before the call was picked up and sent to voicemail, almost like it was sent on purpose. Terrible customer service! I’ve been trying to order a mirror for my son’s SUV, but it’s impossible to reach anyone at Camelback Toyota parts. The first time, the phone just rang endlessly with no voicemail or assistant to pick up. The next time, I was put on hold and gave up after waiting for 7 minutes. It shouldn’t be this hard to get a simple part ordered. Extremely frustrating!
I have had nothing less than great experiences visiting Camelback Toyota's parts department. They took the time to research the parts I need for my 4Runner and walked me through any additional parts that I may need to complete my project. Very helpful staff!
