Poor Customer Service, be aware. Ordered a bunch of parts including a new transmission pan as previous shops and dealers by me haven’t been able to seal the pan correctly. This simple job I have planned to now do myself taking the time to do it right which is hard to find these days. So you’re already seeing that 2.7 rating and questioning if you should give them a shot. I thought the same and ordered a simple 5 dollar grille clip for in-store pickup. I never received any communication after I placed my order online. Good luck trying to call them because you’ll be transferred about 5 different times to ultimately leave a voicemail that won’t be returned. Save the time and money and go somewhere else.

Unprofessional and Unreliable. I was told over a week ago that my parts were delayed but only 2–3 days away from arriving at Camelback. Since then—complete silence. No updates, no replies, and ignoring all questions. I’ve been left hanging without any information. I wouldn’t recommend doing business here if you value timely updates or basic customer service. The worst online buying experience ever.
I called to order a part and the experience was extremely disappointing. The first time, I was placed on hold for over 7 minutes, only to have someone pick up and set the phone down on the counter while I listened to employees chatting with each other. It didn’t sound like they were busy, just uninterested in helping.
