I called to order a part and the experience was extremely disappointing. The first time, I was placed on hold for over 7 minutes, only to have someone pick up and set the phone down on the counter while I listened to employees chatting with each other. It didn’t sound like they were busy, just uninterested in helping. After listening for 4 minutes, waiting, I hung up and called back, I was told to hold again, this time for 6 minutes, before the call was picked up and sent to voicemail, almost like it was sent on purpose. Unprofessional and Unreliable. I was told over a week ago that my parts were delayed but only 2–3 days away from arriving at Camelback. Since then—complete silence. No updates, no replies, and ignoring all questions. I’ve been left hanging without any information. I wouldn’t recommend doing business here if you value timely updates or basic customer service. The worst online buying experience ever.
Went to Toyota parts counter to ask question about Toyota item. The young lady that was there was very unprofessional! As soon as my husband asked the question she just rolled her eyes at us. Never did answer our question. She didn't even try to answer or get us help for our question. No good ustomer service at all! Just rude!
If your in the market for a vehicle purchase I highly recommend Camelback Toyota, my sales rep Luis was great. From start to finish he made my buying experience seamless, and pleasant, infact cudos to the entire staff. The dealership itself, awesome. Thank you guyz, I appreciate you.
Terrible customer service! I’ve been trying to order a mirror for my son’s SUV, but it’s impossible to reach anyone at Camelback Toyota parts. The first time, the phone just rang endlessly with no voicemail or assistant to pick up. The next time, I was put on hold and gave up after waiting for 7 minutes. It shouldn’t be this hard to get a simple part ordered. Extremely frustrating!
