The service was done in pretty good time. It was the customer service that made made my rating low. First of all, I did see the agent handle a very difficult customer the best they can so kudos for that. The were short staffed as well but that wasnt my fault. I came there for an oil change and waited. I purchased a vehicle from them and paid for the lifetime oil changes. I got my car serviced today and was helped by Shayna, Alexander, Mark and Zeek. They were all so kind and patient while explaining the services to me, and I left knowing my car was in good hands! The team even washed my car, thank y’all so much! Would definitely recommend :)
Do not use this service department!!! Not sure if they just prey on women but I was 100% lied to about my 2019 VW Tiguan. My engine light went on, and in the past I have taken it to this location because it is where I bought my vehicle, where I have always had it serviced, oil changes, just basic scheduled maintenance. I have never had an issue with my car, it only has $39K miles on it. I regularly get calls that they want to buy my car. I had an outstanding experience getting my car serviced. The service manager Alexander Clements went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled with care and attention. He kept me updated throughout the process, explained things clearly, and made sure I felt confident about the work being done. I truly appreciate the extra effort and will definitely return for future service needs.
I took my 2023 Volkswagen Atlas cross port because it had a strong odor of gas. I knew I needed an oil change so when I dropped it off, I asked him to do the oil change and to Find out why I smelled my gas. The service advisor mentioned that this car needed a new spark plugs, I questioned why so early if the car is a 2023 it only has 37,000 miles.
