Was having engine issues and I Got a diagnosis from my mechanic saying it was the fuel injector harness which was still under warranty. I called the Dealership and they confirmed this. Took my car in October 2024. Then they proceed to give me a different diagnosis. They said it was the intake manifold. Trusted them, paid close to 2k for said “repairs” . This VW location is the embarrassment of all VW's. Since I bought my car in 2020 I've never taken it anywhere else for service, but every time, I wish I had. This was the second time I've had to return again within 1 week of a service appointment for something being missed or having an issue with an an item that is check on their inspection report. Myles was my service advisor and told me warranty repair would be same day. They had my vehicle over a week with a complete lack of communication regarding why the delay or reason they were taking so long. Did not provide a loaner or anything. Wouldn't advise to ever use this service location. You would be better going to any other dealership or local repair shop.
This place messed my car up when I took it in for service and told me it was not there fault. That the problem started the day before I brought it in. For regular maintenance mind you???? When I took it in there was nothing wrong with it
Took in my vehicle today to get it repaired, was refused service was told to take my vehicle somewhere else since I knew so much there service rep Alexander was the one who told me this, it started off pretty well dude told me my repair would only take 3 hrs and about an hr and a half since checking my vehicle in he came back told me that the repair was going to take 2 days I ask him who and why his respond was they have to go thru all these test to fix it and that his most senior tech did not have the knowledge or experienc... read more
