Great service from beginning to almost end. Great service from beginning to almost end. Took my car in the afternoon and when I tried later at night to drive my car nothing was set as I had it before the service. Such lights inside outside off or on and I wasted my time trying in the dark and with telephone lights to figure things out. Do not change anything that is set in the car. Terrible experience. Terrible experience. Don’t bring their car to this location. They'll try to screw you. Save yourself money and a headache, take it somewhere else. Chris Parker was extremely rude trying to act like a tough guy for some reason. They will deliberately misdiagnose your vehicle.
Dishonest Went for oil change and tire rotation , I ask was tire rotation done, they charge me and state, yes was done. I check since Two of rims are slightly different. They never did the tire rotation. That is incompetent and dishonest.
Go to Lunde VW, at least they are honest Service department is flat-out CORRUPT. Took my vehicle here after two other mechanics (my regular mechanic referred me to a VW specialist bc they found codes only a qualified VW mechanic could address, but found no other issues. VW specialty shop found codes covered by VW DieselGate (called dealership to confirm). Service Department is not worth your time I've taken my car to this dealership for service since I bought it back on 2016. It is out of my way, but I don't mind the 20+ minute drive. It is more expensive than using a regular shop, but I've always liked the service, even after a few minor incidents, which they always made right.
