Do not use this service department!!! Not sure if they just prey on women but I was 100% lied to about my 2019 VW Tiguan. My engine light went on, and in the past I have taken it to this location because it is where I bought my vehicle, where I have always had it serviced, oil changes, just basic scheduled maintenance. I have never had an issue with my car, it only has $39K miles on it. I regularly get calls that they want to buy my car. I go to lunch while they are “inspecting” it, get a text, was advised I need some major ... read more

I had an outstanding experience getting my car serviced. The service manager Alexander Clements went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled with care and attention. He kept me updated throughout the process, explained things clearly, and made sure I felt confident about the work being done. I truly appreciate the extra effort and will definitely return for future service needs.

I was charged $150 more than quoted for my 80k mile service. When scheduling online, there’s no pricing listed for the 80k factory service (which is concerning). To get a quote on paper, I visited the Service Department and was given a pamphlet where they wrote down that the service is $720 plus tax. Two weeks later at my appointment, the same advisor quoted me over $900 for the service. When I asked why this was higher than my written quote, I was told that “sometimes the oil is more expensive.” I ended up paying $906. Edi... read more

They have had my car since 9/10/25 and I have not heard one word about it. I start a new job Monday and the service department is ghosting me about even a LOANER. I call at least three times a day, the mechanic puts no notes in the files so the people who answer the phone can’t answer my questions. The mechanic does not EVER and I do mean EVER EVER pick up when you call. Mark and hector are cool. Got my car back it was fixed by casper the ghost

I took my 2023 Volkswagen Atlas cross port because it had a strong odor of gas. I knew I needed an oil change so when I dropped it off, I asked him to do the oil change and to Find out why I smelled my gas. The service advisor mentioned that this car needed a new spark plugs, I questioned why so early if the car is a 2023 it only has 37,000 miles. He said these new cars need spark plugs sooner and blah blah blah. I trusted him as the advisor, but come to find out they’re supposed to be changed to 80,000 miles. I’ve been ca... read more
