My car calls for VW-approved oil in the correct specification, typically 5W-40 / VW 502.00 for this engine. Instead, the dealer put in 0W-20. When I questioned it, the service advisor confidently explained that “0W is for summer.” That was impressive — not because it was correct, but because it was delivered with such confidence. The “W” in 0W does not stand for warm weather or summer. It stands for winter. My 2024 ID-4 Had some issues with it charging normally I would be one of those difficult customers when I say difficult I mean difficult but I worked with Alexander in the service department and he made my issue a non-issue! As soon as my lease is up I’m definitely coming back and getting another one from Camelback VW thanks Alexander

Was a little disappointed to have to get a brand new tire only having the vehicle a few months. I wish there was some sort of warranty on tires when you buy brand new, but regardless Shayna at VW Camelback was friendly, courteous, and keep me informed often. The service team was able to fix my tire same day which I needed and everyone was pleasant.
