I want to thank the entire team for their excellent care and professionalism. It was my first appointment, and they made me feel very calm and comfortable. Dr. Clack explained everything very patiently. I also want to recognize Diana for being so kind, attentive, and careful. You can truly tell they care about their patients’ well-being. Highly recommended!
Dr. Rick was amazing! He made what I expected to be a stressful and painful experience completely painless and comfortable. He was professional, reassuring, and clearly very skilled at what he does. The office staff was also wonderful — they were able to get me in quickly and made the entire process smooth from start to finish. I was extremely anxious to visit a new practice and to have the recommended treatment. The entire staff, from the first phone call to walking out the door after treatment was definitely a "five star" experience. I am not sure anyone is excited to have a root canal but Dr. Rick and Rebecca were calm, patient, reassuring, supportive, professional and personable. I am SO grateful for them. The day after the procedure and I have NO pain and NO discomfort of any kind. Highly recommend!
I got my Wisdom teeth removal done by Dr Alissa N. Pullos. Her and her team explained step by step and provided detailed information on any questions I asked. Everyone was really nice and friendly! Super clean environment.
Thank you so much for the good experience. I was in very much pain and needed a root canal on an emergency basis. Dr. Rick was fantastic and his assistant who I will call “Lady” Diana was the best. They really know what they’re doing and they do it so well. Thanks again for relieving me of a painful experience.
