Lovely. Delicious. We had a cozy and very enjoyable meal at Campana. We had the meatballs, arrabbiata, arugula salad and cavatelli. The pistachio affogato was out of this world. Service staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The kind of restaurant you wished you lived in the neighborhood of just so you could visit often. We will be back!
Campana was absolutely fantastic! For pasta - we got one of the specials, a 4 cheese stuffed pasta, and the pork ragu, adding a side of meatballs to both. We loved all of it! The pork ragu was a bit more al dente (perfect for my boyfriend) and the 4 cheese was a little softer (perfect for me). We also got the rapini which was such a sleeper - highly highly recommend! Happy hour drinks were also a fair price. Service was extremely friendly, attentive, and personable.
Very inviting and excellent service. Ordered the scampi and it was a bit overcooked but the main course was so delicious I got the mushroom spinach Risotto. I highly recommend. My friend got the Rigatoni with angry sauce which I tasted and although I don't like spicy things it was very flavorful I mixed the two dishes which made for an excellent flavor as well. We had their Cannoli's and Stracciatella which were also very good. Overall this was a great experience and I will 100% be going back again and again. :)
I was excited to try this place and I was blown away how much better the food tasted over the photos. I got the meatball appetizer which was good, but the meatballs could have been warmer. For entree I got the Cavatelli was great, and the Tortelli 'di Zucca,' which I think made my top 5 favorite pasta dishes of all time. No notes. I would recommend making a reservation and grabbing a cannoli for desert!
Had such a great experience at Campana! We had the bucatini amatriciana, boar pappardelle, Hamachi crudo, cannoli, and tiramisu and we were blown away. This place is truly a gem with a good wine selection and great, attentive service. We will absolutely be back!
