We just left camp mart Innisfil with our trailer and couldn’t be happier with our experience at Camp Mart. Matt in sales was fantastic; great with our 2 kiddos - even had a snack drawer for the kids (quite thoughtful). He explained everything well and was a delight to work with! It took some time and a few phone calls for my warranty replacement door to finally come in, but it was worth the wait. Nick and Russ from the service team came to my home and did an outstanding job. They were professional, courteous, clean, and took pride in their work. They even walked around the trailer afterward to check for any additional issues and offered help if needed. We were on our way to camp and a couple hours from home and realized we forgot our trailer keys. We stopped here and Jacob (I think!) helped us unlock our trailer and replace our key promptly and we aren’t even their customers. That is so meaningful to us and saved our trip!
