I would not recommend CampMart Cambridge based on my experience. We purchased a trailer and were told it would be ready in 2–3 weeks. Payments for the trailer started immediately, but week after week we were told, “you should hear about delivery by the end of this week.” Our messages went unanswered and our phone calls were not returned. This is the second trailer I buy from Campmart RV in Cambridge. Christian and Dylan contacted me about a possible upgrade for my trailer and I explained to then that unfortunately I was going through a seperation and would like to go a little smaller instead. Christian right away said yes let's see what we can do to help! They were both amazing at understanding my situation and help me pick a more suitable unit for me and my 2 boys. The sales team is legendary! Adam was my guy so talk to him if you can. GM and finance just as amazing. They were so nice, easy going, were completely straight with me and spoke freely (because I am not soft) and they were not pushy. The deals were to good though, the deals are pushy lol, I felt like I was getting a deal of a lifetime and wanted to buy even though it wouldn't suit my needs. FOMO big time.
Great Service! I came in to find a trailer for my team to sleep in while we on site working. Dylan got me on the perfect trailer right away and got me and out within less then 1h and they also delivered it all way north! great service and I am definitely coming back for a personal one!
Not very impressed, with this specific company. I went in on Thursday, was told it would take the weekend to hear back from the bank. I had to reach out several times to get an update. And then found out they run your credit with high interest banks, sitting at 20+ interest. So, be sure to ask what banks they are setting you up with. My credit dropped almost 20 points after this. And they ran it through several high interest banks. Not happy! Communication is very poor.
