I bought a new trailer from them, when delivered the shower had not been caulked, blinds are bad and a few other things. I have had no help from them getting things working. Do NOT buy their bluetooth brake system, its failed to work more than once leaving me not to trust the system. I will be putting a proper brake system in my car when I get home after this vacation.
The customer service was great at time of purchase but... Went to look at trailers, didn’t have an appointment. The salesmen we got told us up front he sells cars and took a phone call while showing us trailers and he knew nothing about trailers he was showing us. We looked at three and left. There was a salesmen who sells trailers on site but guess he wasn’t interested in making a sale either. Maybe your experience would be different if you made an appointment don’t just drop in.
We had Annette helping us get our camper and she was great! Easy to talk to, answered all our questions and even made the trip out to our house when I wasn’t able to make it to her. So appreciate it!
Annette and Chris have been the absolute best! They have all the right knowledge and can answer any question you have ! They got us the best deal and better then we could expect if your looking for a trailer definitely come in and see them and they will give you the best of the best
