In coming on to write my review, I was SHOCKED to see what some of the feedback from other clients had been... I guess that is what happens when dealing with mostly college students, there might be some slinging of mud... Nick Cochrane is on probation. I do not know how dirty you have to be for the Texas Real Estate Commission to suspend your license, but I imagine it has to be pretty bad. Not sure how he can still be in business.
Undoubtedly the worse real estate sales and management company in the city of Austin. They will falsify repair reports on your property to make money. Ask any owner who has used them. Better than that ask any tenant who has lived in one of their properties they manage Is there a rating lower than a one star?
Hahahaha, SERIOUSLY CAMPUS AND CENTRAL PROPERTIES?!?! Everyone who is reading this, if there is a 4 or 5 star rating it is a FAKE REVIEW! I feel like after this review, C&CP will change their tactics, but can you be any more obvious that you are writing fake reviews? No one goes out of their way to rate something 5 stars and then put down 1 or 2 sentences, and also the reviews are written within a few days of each other. I know a ton of people below have said this, but I'd like to make sure it's at the top of the page... I'd be willing to guess that all of the 5-Star reviews on this page are completely fake and fabricated by Campus and Central. If you want some more realistic reviews, check out Yelp, or hop to some of the previous pages. Campus and Central isn't the worst place ever. But there are some pretty crummy people working there that can make it a bad experience.
Search for reviews of C&CP on multiple websites and it becomes clear that the only positive reviews are posted by the company themselves, within a few days apart, under the following user names: wpt, bbtexas2010, george F, LACYREYN, Shellytop, Jill42678, Johnathan4u, StephanieAnne, and shelly555. ALL THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS ARE TRUE! DO NOT LEASE WITH THESE PEOPLE!
