11/10 for Canadian Linen’s customer service. I work closely with Rodrigo Haro (Manager) & his crew ordering coveralls for NCSG Crane & Heavy Haul almost daily. They’re very attentive to detail, quick to respond / deliver & fast acting. Their services / coveralls are top quality and I would recommend their business to anyone up here in the Fort McMurray region. Thank you again for all that you do, it is always appreciated.
Got 7 coveralls ordered 2 months ago. Last week 1 very worn out pair arrived and was the wrong size. Everytime the crew have received coveralls from cleaning, it had been very unorganized and there has always been something wrong. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
Billed me several times for deliveries that didn’t happen. Cancelled our service when we moved and then got a bill six months later that they will not refund, am being told to go through credit card company to get money back. Do not recommend
