Several times uniforms didn’t arrive and for several weeks . The drivers always showed up to drop off bills and to see if there were any more dirty coveralls to take but would have nothing to drop off . The longest period this took place was for 8 straight weeks with no explanation I give the 3 stars because I have never had a single driver come to my site that wasn’t friendly outgoing understanding etc. but as far as the distribution centre actually sending coveralls back that was a problem. Andrew is an absolute asset to this company. Can set your watch by his schedule, our office manager doesn't have to chase anything around because Andrew already has the answers and discusses them before she can even ask a question! Very personable and professional.
We adore the driver Jason. His customer service skills in all situations makes him an asset. I legit tried to offer him a job more than once. Thank you Jason for bringing my guys their Truck shop clothing and our office mats.
