Our weekly bill surged from $40 to over $100 without any extra requests or notice. 1. Unresponsive Management: The manager and team completely ignore all calls and emails regarding these overcharges. 2. No Mutual Agreement: They continue to deliver items without our consent. Even when we explicitly refuse the delivery, they ignore us. 3. Fraudulent Invoicing: Most shockingly, they have forged signatures on delivery slips for items that were never actually delivered, then sent us the invoices. If you can avoid using them do so. Our scheduled orders show up with %10 of what we asked on a routine basis. Also Vestis or whatever parent company that’s going to reply to this, save your energy for fixing your company not reviews. Trash service. Trash company.
What happened to this company? So unbelievably bad. Signed on for weekly replacement of six mats for winter... in our first month we didn't get fresh mats even once. Cancelled and now they want $5K... Even their sales guy agreed with us. See you bozos in court.
Never received clothes in near proper numbers for weeks, months, years, no matter how much we complained. Other companies clothing we received regularly. Managers quit few times a year at least and couldn't fix the issues anyways. Their workers quit constantly. I could go on.Worst run company I dealt with. Cintas is spot on! Thank God we left Canadian Linen.
Can someone explain why you have your drivers out during droughts and heat warnings with no air conditioning? That should be a bare minimum requirement. It would also most definitely slow down your turn over rate.
