Never received clothes in near proper numbers for weeks, months, years, no matter how much we complained. Other companies clothing we received regularly. Managers quit few times a year at least and couldn't fix the issues anyways. Their workers quit constantly. I could go on.Worst run company I dealt with. Cintas is spot on! Thank God we left Canadian Linen.
Can someone explain why you have your drivers out during droughts and heat warnings with no air conditioning? That should be a bare minimum requirement. It would also most definitely slow down your turn over rate.
Very Bad customer service. They overcharged to customer and not giving refund on time. Highly dissatisfied with their service. Please avoid to do business and read all terms & conditions of the service contract before signing.
We have been using Canadian Linen for 3 years at this location. Our current driver is Lucky. He pays attention to detail, is easy to communicate with, and always on time. He delivers our products with care and we appreciate the effort he puts forward. Thank you Lucky!
