After one of our restaurants closed they took us to collections for our final bill. Yet, they had our credit card on file and had always just billed our credit card automatically and continued to bill that same credit card for our other restaurants. Talk about adding insult to injury.
Working with Canadian Linen for the last 3 years has been great. We switched for the price and flexibility but it's the service that keeps everyone happy. Our delivery driver is always checking in to see if any of our workers need anything or if we require any changes. Adding or removing personnel is a simple email or phone call away. My favourite service is the First Aid boxes with simple kits for any kind of injury, but I may be impartial here since I am the health and safety guy. We dealt with Canadian Linen for a few period before COVID hit. Before the pandemic we operated a fast paced restaurant and Canadian Line's service was always reliable and flexible on a whim. They're staff in Windsor always treated us with respect and professionalism. Even when the pandemic changed everything, this company and their service manager, Marco, did everything in their power to aid us when times were tough. We recently changed service providers. As the uniform cost from Canadian Linen was too high, we chose to go with a much lower priced competitor. All of our old uniforms were returned to Canadian Linen in the week of April 6th and we thought nothing more of it, believing in good faith that our account would be credited. This did not happen.
