Beware of singing any contracts with this company. They have a sneaky auto renewing clause that will trap you into another term. Their contracts are also suspect the way they can be amended with hand writing without either party signing or initialing. Then there is the surprise billing for "lost/damaged" uniforms. We have been billed for over 15 lost pants for one tech, when our inventory is only 11... Would not recommend dealing with this company.
I give this company 0 stars because you can’t give a negative star. It took them over 8 months to get my size and name right for when I started a new job. Even after contacting them multiple times. And they also do not read or pay attention to repair tags. I have seen the delivery guys just rip them off and throw them in the garbage. And today I went to grab a fresh pair of the rack and one of the arms is almost completely torn off. Canadian linen has been exceptional with my business. The prices are completive and the service is unbeatable. Adam services my shop and has been over the top with everything from getting new coveralls for new techs to always making sure we are stocked with our consumables. He gives great recommendations on how he can improve our service and switch to new products. 5 stars!
The service is highly unreliable. If possible, I would rate it negatively with five stars. We have been with Canadian Linen for over six or seven years, yet we have faced numerous damage and loss charges with coverall, resulting in a substantial bill. The driver consistently instructs us to contact head office regarding billing issues. Despite our numerous phone calls and follow-up emails, we have not received any response or acknowledgment.
