There are no prices or colour options listed online. I needed a quote for ONE hospital gown. I completed a form online for a quote - no one contacted me. A week later, I called Cdn Linen's toll free number (which is in the U.S.!) They transferred me to the London location. London told me I can only order online products online, which of course redirected me back to their online quote form. Ridiculous.
Absolutely terrible company to deal with. Constantly losing our uniforms and trying to blame us for it. Can put a tag on them for repairs and they'll just send it back unrepaired with the tag still on it. Just this week I was brought 2 pairs of pants and 3 shirts when it's supposed to be 6 and 6. Have tried calling management and reporting the issues many times without any success. Would not recommend to anyone.
Worst service I have had in my 25 years in the automotive industry. Wrong sizes, wrong colors. Months to get uniforms for new hires but they try to charge from the time you order them. We never get back as many clean uniforms as we are supposed to. We paid for weekly service on two eye wash stations that expired over 2 years prior, no credit back . The driver doesn't care and the sales rep Lucas arthur never returns emails.
WORST company I have ever dealt with. It fails me to understand how they are still in service. These people took on full advantage of COVID situation. We were charged for several products that were not provided for more then a YEAR. They did not issue us any credit. There were multiple billing issues - charges applied for non-visits, missing Items but charged every single visit. How they did this was deliver on the day we are closed.
