Company name: Truck Healers Inc. Garments rented: Shop Coveralls One of the worst companies around in the uniform business. They weasel their way into you signing a contract, without mentioning it's a 5 year contract, loaded with all kinds of cancelation clauses. I don't believe they actually make money from cleaning coveralls, they barely do the minimum. They don't repair garments, they charge you for an insurance on the coveralls, yet never repair any. Absolutely terrible company to deal with. Constantly losing our uniforms and trying to blame us for it. Can put a tag on them for repairs and they'll just send it back unrepaired with the tag still on it. Just this week I was brought 2 pairs of pants and 3 shirts when it's supposed to be 6 and 6. Have tried calling management and reporting the issues many times without any success. Would not recommend to anyone.
Worst service I have had in my 25 years in the automotive industry. Wrong sizes, wrong colors. Months to get uniforms for new hires but they try to charge from the time you order them. We never get back as many clean uniforms as we are supposed to. We paid for weekly service on two eye wash stations that expired over 2 years prior, no credit back . The driver doesn't care and the sales rep Lucas arthur never returns emails.
