Our experience with this company has drastically deteriorated lately. The product quality is unacceptably low—we frequently receive dirty linens and shorted deliveries that do not match our order count.Trying to resolve these issues is a total nightmare. Nobody answers the phone, inquiries are completely ignored, and multiple complaints go unanswered. Most unreliable company I have ever delt with. Expecting bill to be paid for service never received . we're scheduled for every 2 weeks. Delivery was anywhere from 3to 6 weeks. Would have to have someone call and complain it would be ok for next delivery then same thing again. Would not recommend.
Ah yes. London. I, Ron Burgundy, have returned — because when you’re a uniform company and people are waiting months… even years for uniforms, something has gone terribly, terribly wrong. Company name: Truck Healers Inc. Garments rented: Shop Coveralls One of the worst companies around in the uniform business. They weasel their way into you signing a contract, without mentioning it's a 5 year contract, loaded with all kinds of cancelation clauses. I don't believe they actually make money from cleaning coveralls, they barely do the minimum. They don't repair garments, they charge you for an insurance on the coveralls, yet never repair any.
