Its been 3 weeks that we dont received the services that are established in the contract because they're "out of it for this week" and they keep charging full amount. I've been trying to contact them for 3 weeks and the rude person that answers the phone says that the region manager will contact us, which he hasn't. I've tried emails and left phone messages, but seems like customer service is something they dont really care about
Sadly, our experience with Canadian Linen was not a positive one. Issues arose early on, such as inconsistency in the number of gowns that were delivered, we would receive stained and even ripped gowns. It was almost impossible to get a hold of someone in their office as emails and phone calls went largely unanswered. Poot Farm Service Ltd was a loyal customer for over 20 years. Canadian Linen’s coverall service deteriorated so we discontinued our account with them. We received a large invoice claiming we didn’t return all the coveralls which we had. They are not returning our calls to discuss our questions. We are considering legal action as this is not acceptable. I would not recommend using Canadian Linen for anyone needing a coverall service.
I have to rescind my previous good review. Unfortunatley after we signed a contract, the service went down from there. It has become a chore to receive enough supplies for our locations, and constantly having to call management. Apparently others are having challenges.
Our delivery driver Victor is amazing, he is always on time, very friendly and personable. He goes above and beyond to make sure the gowns are hung and put away properly. He is a great representation of your company. You are lucky to have him!
