I had towel service from them. On 2 separate occasions but in the same month my staff found live maggots in the folds of the towels. I was extremely upset after the first time maggots were found and they assured me it would never happen again. 2 weeks later maggots were present in the folds of the towels again. Cancelled right away. I wish I had read the rating before signing with them. Now we bought and clean our own! If you want something done right....ya you know the rest!
do not sign up with them all hidden contract ready all make your own contract. we stuck with them for first few years they never disclose the contract just insert contact page after when you ask for where did you sig it. we renew contract since jan 2020 till now still paying old price they do not care at last we gave them notice we are walking out from the it. do not do the mistake what we did stay away from them
This is an awful company, they try to lock you in a 5 years contract and then provide with poor quality service. Half of the sheets they sent us had stains in them. There are way better companies than this one, dont sign up with them. I had to get a new credit card in order to get them to stop over billing me
This is a terrible company. They billed my account for many deliveries and the service was cancelled long before hand. The carpet guy kept bringing them and my employees were signing the slip. then the refused to tell me where my account is. Many other carpet companies to choose from people move along!
They give you a 5 year contract, that has the ability to go up in price and "renew" itself at the end of the five year term without being signed. Doesn't sound legal.
