Not sure what our business is paying for when the services are never provided to us. We pay for multiple services through this company and they are consistently not provided to us. Most common reason from the employee is that he “had lots this morning (cloths, mop heads) but ran out before he got to us”. But we pay for the services so this should be accounted for at the beginning of the day before he hands everything out and leaves us with nothing, should it not???
