Absolutely terrible apartment complex — do NOT rent here. I strongly advise against renting an apartment in this complex. There are multiple major issues that make living here a nightmare: 1. Horrible maintenance and outdated infrastructure. Everything is constantly breaking. The old plastic blinds fall apart easily — ours literally fell on our child and our pet. Why accept a tour for a move in date for March 1st if you have nothing available until August? That means it’s false advertisment on Zillow. You do not have units available. Wasting my time and my husbands time.
Typical Los Angeles apartment managers: schedule your viewing online, and then they never answer the front office and simply ghost you. If the owner of this business is reading, your staff just blatantly don't answer the phones. I have a scheduled viewing, and the leasing office just hangs up on me. I can literally hear them clicking the button in the microphone. At first glance the property looks clean and well maintained and the staff seems very nice and accommodating; then once they have your holding deposit, they take 3 days to let you know you're "conditionally approved" without any explanation as to why, ask for first and full month's rent as deposit while tacking on several other fees in addition to the rent which aren't made very transparent at the start.
