Absolutely terrible apartment complex — do NOT rent here. I strongly advise against renting an apartment in this complex. There are multiple major issues that make living here a nightmare: 1. Horrible maintenance and outdated infrastructure. Everything is constantly breaking. The old plastic blinds fall apart easily — ours literally fell on our child and our pet. I’m extremely disappointed with the way management is handling safety issues at this apartment complex. A few days ago, while my car was parked inside the apartment’s own parking lot (not on the street), someone broke the window and stole my wallet, credit and debit cards, and important car documents. When I went to the leasing office, the manager Ann Bergara was completely unhelpful. Typical Los Angeles apartment managers: schedule your viewing online, and then they never answer the front office and simply ghost you. If the owner of this business is reading, your staff just blatantly don't answer the phones. I have a scheduled viewing, and the leasing office just hangs up on me. I can literally hear them clicking the button in the microphone. Ann the property manager is the worst thing to happen to the property. The management is horrible and very unreliable, unprofessional and inconsistent. They’ll add random charges and fees to your rent, and your rent goes up randomly without notice. They do “inspections” once a month, randomly, just to invade the privacy of your home. I would recommend moving somewhere else, l wish I had.
