Mrs. Williams, the property manager in the front office, was so extremely helpful when I called to tour. I was able to get a tour within 10 minutes of me calling her, and she was very welcoming and informative during the tour. They currently do not have availability, but I will definitely be checking often to try and secure a rental here. Very nice townhomes.
Lived here for 4 years and had minimal problems. Both Ms. Jessica and Ms. Ashante at the leasing office were courteous, helpful, and accommodating. Maintenance was timely if/when I needed it. Convenient location in Metairie too!
Canterbury Square Apartments are marvelous. I love living here, it's safe and clean. I would recommend these apartment to anyone looking for a place to live. The manager is great and the maintenance staff is very professional. They always keeps the place looking good. They just redid the pool area so its looking better then ever!
I have been living at Canterbury Square Apartments for over 2 years now. The apartments are spacious and Trisha and Rorey at the front desk are wonderful people and take care of issues in a speedy and professional way. The location is awesome as there is a grocery store, drug store, public bus service, and numerous restaurants within walking distance. Canterbury Square is a quant community that blends in with the homes in the neighborhood. The units are very spacious and have great lighting. The units have so much character and are set up to invite individual taste to decorate to your liking. I enjoy meeting the new families and how everyone speaks.
