I have been living in excruciating pain in my lower back and hip since 2015 and have difficulty walking. No Doctor or specialist has been able to help . I had several procedures done by Dr Anthony Giuffreda which did alleviate the pain for a short time , He is Amazing with a genuine concern to help !! I am in need of back surgery and am looking for a second opinion. I have not contacted Dr. Cantor yet. I have been busy reading the reviews. So basically, I am writing a review on the reviews. While I understand some people don't have a lot of patience, and of course even less when in pain. Every review I read that had less than a 5 star was concerning things other than the back surgery. I have referred to Flavia Bertolla, Physical Therapist of Cantor Spine Center, six months ago for assistance after my spinal fusion. The exercise sets, that Flavia created for me, had been outstanding! I forgot about a cane right after a week of exercising with Flavia, I was able to serve myself with no assistance any more. I had a fractured spine and major sciatic nerve pain before seeing Dr. Cantor. He performed an L-5, S-1 Fusion and all that pain is gone. Then 8 months after that he performed a cervical fusion because of a bone spur pressing into my spinal cord which had caused me neck pain for 15 years. There's currently no more neck pain. Dr. Cantor and his team are highly recommended by me.

I would like to say that the nurses were the nicest part of the visit and that is about it. When we went in we waited a while. It is to be expected when it comes to doctor offices now a days. Once we were called back into one of the rooms (after an hr wait) we waited a good forty minuets more before the doctor even showed up. In the meantime the nurse took all of the vitals etc. When the doctor came in finally, it was very clear he did not read the chart at all!
