I need to give a shout out to the maintenance tech named Jeremiah W. I had a work order in for a water heater that was making an extremely loud noise and leaking water. When he came he not only fixed it but he also raised the water heater up out of the pan it was sitting in that apparently never got done during installation. He also fixed the drain that was clogged and has never worked since I moved in 16 months ago. This 5 star review is for Jeremiah W. After he diagnosed that our water heater was broken he replaced it same day. Great service from him.
Lived here for the past year and it has been very good overall. The quality of the apartment is on par for the cost. The location is very good as It's close to I-15 for commuting and Provo canyon for hiking. The management company is responsive and professional. The only minor complaints I have is that Centurylink is the only option for internet and the A/C is a swamp cooler (I think the 3 bedroom places in the complex get central air).
