While my interactions with Canyon View Credit Union are somewhat limited since the only business I have done with them is having a car loan (lowest rate of any lender) for about six months, I was super impressed with the people I had interactions with. In particular was Petra at the Bountiful branch. She was super friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. If I lived closer to a branch I would seriously consider changing my banking to them. Fees fees fees. Literally anything. Even pending transactions gives you a fee. Doesn't matter if you go over and take money in before it clears. Not willing to override fees. I'm a single mom and have struggled lately but since I had fees removed YEARS ago as a favor they can't do it ever again I was told. I have had this account since I was 17. I'm almost 31. And they used to be great. Now I'm trying to close it out but still keep getting hit with fees. NEVER BANK HERE.

Annika rocks! I arrived at five minutes to five, and she still took the time to open a CD for me. And, today, I came in to drop off a Declaration of Insurance Letter, and she asked if I would like a new quote for auto insurance. She's impressive!
one of the team members, ahnika i think helped me out on a recent visit. she was really helpful and answered all questions thoroughly. she was wonderful and very knowledgeable, had the best customer service.
