I had accidentally messed up my account and the branch manager went above and beyond to help me fix it! I'm sold on this place.
I recently went to UFirst Credit Union to open an account. I was ignored for over 30 minutes after being told to have a seat and wait in the lobby. Many employees were chatting and laughing with each other, and no one looked to have any urgency in dealing with customers. After waiting, I was invited into an office to open an account. The UFirst employee wasn't sure what documentation was needed, and twice had to go ask a supervisor.
