Ashley, was amazing what a great experience. I was looking for a credit union to start a new account with and I really enjoyed the way they took care of my family. Very wonderful experience.i highly recommend this branch.

Due to a particularly busy schedule, I needed to open a new bank account on short notice. I chose to visit UFirst Credit Union after receiving positive feedback from some colleagues. I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional customer service I received, especially since I arrived just before closing time. Mr. Jayme Licea, the member service manager, was incredibly helpful and took the time to guide me through the account opening process. STAY FAR AWAY !!DO NOT USE THIS CREDIT UNION!! I was with this credit union for 20 years + I hit a rough patch with pandemic and got divorced and had a negative balance for over 30 days (not much) they reported me to credit bureau closed my account after they had charged me over 2500$$+ in fees the previous 2 years. They have forgotten what loyalty is. I was loyal to them trying to work it out with them. They acted like they didn't want or need my business anymore. Very very very disappointed.
