We recently switched to Rose Creek Animal Clinic and couldn’t be happier. Being a newer clinic in Herriman, they’ve already set a really high standard. What stood out right away was their transparency around pricing — no surprises, just clear communication upfront, which we really appreciated. On top of that, the level of care was excellent. I had such a positive experience with Dr. Wagstaff during my corgi mix’s appointment. She and her vet tech were patient, listened to all my concerns, and were great with my dog. Dr. Wagstaff was extremely thorough and even got on the floor to examine my dog so she wouldn’t have to stress about being put on the table. I never felt rushed or pressured to purchase the next best medication like I’ve had with past vet experiences. Prices were reasonable and comparable to other clinics in Salt Lake. Horrible experience!! Been taking all of our animals here for years. Dog woke up this morning and couldn’t walk. Called clinic and was told they were booked every day for 2 weeks and couldn’t see her. Suggested I take her to an urgent care. Was told they don’t take walk-ins. They see my dog almost monthly so how is that a walk-in?? It was explained to me that the doctors are booked so far out and can’t see any animals for 2 weeks in part because they are training graduates…..seriously?? I just got a new puppy, Churro, and I am always hesitant in choosing a Vet but I absolutely adored Canyons. Right off the bat they were so responsive and easy to communicate with, answered all of my questions via text and got my little man scheduled. From the moment you walk in everyone is super friendly and welcoming and check in was a breeze. We brought our dog in twice for lameness. We were expecting some kind of diagnostic tests but none were done. They told us we had to bring him to a third drop off appointment so he could get X-rays under anesthesia. He's a super mellow, under 20 lb dog and X-raying his front limb doesn't require anesthesia. He also has conditions that make anesthesia less safe. We asked for a referral to a specialist instead. The specialist clinic also thought it was absurd that they wanted to put him under for simple X-rays. He had surgery ... read more
