Dr. Jones, and his assistant, Kelly were exceptionally professional, communicative and supportive. They walked me through a complex procedure with ample information and the absence of any pressure. I have had multiple procedures done here and have been satisfied with every one. Dr. Loffredo takes the time to explain everything thoroughly and allows plenty of time for questions. He is a perfectionist and genuinely wants you to be happy. His staff are friendly and helpful.
