Very sweet and compassionate.
I cannot thank this office enough for helping me during a traumatic experience. I was taking care of a 91 yr old Veterans beagle because he was hospitalized. The dog, Maddie was 15 yrs old and could hardly see or hear and I accidently ran over her leaving for work. I called and was told to bring her in asap even though she was not an established patient like my dog is at this. Sadly, she did not make it but the doctor and all the staff were very understanding and treated her and myself with compassion.
The staff is always very friendly. The staff is also very knowledgeable with the need for my pet.
ABSOLUTLY AMAZING!!!!!!!!!! What a great Staff, they were so patient with me. Thank you so much for making my little Peanut Butter Cups feel better!!!!!!! He is back to his old self!!
Got my dog spayed and microchipped. This was an amazing experience because they took the time to do her nails and show me how to care for her. Even how to pick her up to put her in vehicle.
Team CFAH - Great as always! Took our senior (15 yr) cat in for his senior wellness exam. He can be a handful and flat out refuses to take his pre-med for sedation so we had him sedated. Doc Q was fantastic with him (as was the entire medical and administrative teams) and she followed up quickly with us reference some side effect issues from the sedation and a mild ear infection that they discovered. These so called professionals have done nothing to correct the problem wit my dog. All I've gotten from them is inflated bills and my dog continues to have the issues which were addressed by this place. Not to mention, in 9 years of attending this clinic. Not one of those so called professionals have been able to connect socially with my poor animal. They treated my dog like some sort of killer, wanting to sedate him at every instance. I have been a client since 1999 when I moved here. I saw several different vets including Dr.Krepp who I loved. Over the last 20 + year’s I’ve brought all my dogs and cats there. On June 13th I called about my dog Bruce who has been a patient for 12 + years. I had been on trip to NY and knew he wasn’t doing well. I was told to call back on the 15th to get a same day appointment with his vet Dr. Wheeler.
