Great staff. People that really care.
The staff is always friendly and great! However, after being with them for 20 years, I am considering a different vet. The vets are great but it is starting to be consistent that they are over 15 minutes late and have in more than one occasion left me waiting to check out for more than 30 minutes. I have had to call to get updated on getting checked out more then once at this point. My time is just as valuable as theirs.
They have done a great job with my tabby boots, he was very sick with blood in his urine and now so much better
I have been taking my babies to CFAH for many years and have been very happy with the care they receive. Dr. Wheeler is great and always follows up with a call to keep me up do date on labs and important issues. I also board my pets there as they are familiar with them and I feel my pets will get the best care.
We have taken our furry family to CFAH for many many years. Everyone from the receptionist to the vets are always unfailingly kind and helpful and go above and beyond what is necessary. Highly recommended
Took my puppy here for his first appointment today and y’all were amazing!! Check in was simple and quick and the ladies at the front were very sweet and helped walk us through the process. Our vet tech was absolutely amazing!!! She was very thorough, answered all questions we had, and covered all bases for Draco’s post vaccination care. Dr. G was wonderful with Draco. Wonderful staff, they always are kind and helpful. We have been taking our fur babies there for many years.
We have been bringing our pets here since 1983 and have always received excellent care. They are so good with our fur-babies and work pretty well with the humans too. :) I've gone with friends to other animal hospitals and I just don't see the same level of care that we get here. Won't go anywhere else!
