Dr. Patel is an excellent doctor. Her treatment recommendations and opinions have always been honest and focused on what is truly best for the patient. Today, she checked my child’s overgrown tooth and recommended not to extract it, explaining that it should be allowed to fall out naturally. I really appreciate her honesty and professional approach. She does not recommend unnecessary procedures just to make money. Her genuine care for her patients really stands out. Highly recommended!
I live 1.5 hrs north, I came here bc the nearest dental place to my area, wanted to crush my teeth. I came here and they rebuilt my teeth. They used INAC to cover it Ive been here 3 times and each time, the staff where super friendly and accommodating. I left today pearly whites, ill definitely be recommending the place. I also missed 2 appointments bc I couldnt find a ride. So they waved the late fees, first place to do that for me. Friendliness is definitely returned here. So they get 5 stars.
My appointment at Capital Corner Dental today was superb! My dental hygienist, Charlotte, did excellent work. Charlotte was very thorough, professional and the procedures were very comfortable! My experience of the actual facility, dentist and dental assistants and hygienists have always been very positive but recently I’ve been having issues with the reception/booking staff. Have been coming to this clinic for over 10ish years now, and have never experienced this kind of interaction before. I was booked in to get a filling redone and come the day of the appointment, I was texted in the morning and said that my appointment had to be canceled due to staff illness. I love that they start at 7am for routine cleanings. Excellent communication and reminders via text and email, so no excuses for missing your appointment. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Not sure how there rates compare to others, because of the direct billing. But, I'd still say they're worth every dollar. TVs on the ceiling for patients in the chair, are a nice touch.
