I had the pleasure of being a patient of Dr. Bassin, and it was truly a wonderful experience. From the beautiful office to the professional, organized staff, everything was exceptional. Having blood work done right on the premises made the visit incredibly easy and convenient. Dr Brian Ciampi was outstanding at my recent appointment. He was very thorough on hearing my medical issues and discussing best next steps. He was so knowledgeable and expert in the GI field. I have a high level of confidence and will return to Dr. Ciampi. He ordered teats and explained the different options clearly. The office staff are very nice and it's a very pleasant offic setting. Patients are called in timely and the doctor promptly is available. I highly recommend Dr. Ciampi.
Dr. Jeffrey Kim is an excellent doctor. He is very thorough and communicative. He asks questions, is patient, and listens carefully to your answers before coming to an opinion. He also explains his opinions and allows you the opportunities to discuss. This was the second time in the last couple years I have met with him (with two unrelated issues). My husband had his procedure with Dr David Jager and he recommended him to me as well. It was my first time. Dr Jager is very polite, attentive and respectful. He asks questions and listens to his patients, giving enough time and explains well. Knowledgeable with Very good bedside manner! I visited Dr. Humm twice. He is the one of the BEST doctors I visited - very professional, listened carefully to me, ask me about my symptoms in detail and tell me his diagnosis /opinions and suggestions. And also answered my questions patiently. The staff at the appointment line and office were very polite to patients. When my scheduled appointment approached, I received friendly reminders and after my visit, I received a summary doc in hard copy immediately and in email on same day as well.
