I had the pleasure of being a patient of Dr. Bassin, and it was truly a wonderful experience. From the beautiful office to the professional, organized staff, everything was exceptional. Having blood work done right on the premises made the visit incredibly easy and convenient. We had an excellent experience with CRNP Margaret Stubner. From the moment we walked in, we felt genuinely heard, respected, and cared for. She took the time to listen carefully to our concerns, answered all of our questions thoroughly, and never made us feel rushed. She was the ultimate professional.

Staff at receiving handled me pleasnatly and immediately upon my arrival. After being escorted to the examining room my vitals were taken. Within minutes the doctor followed up. All my questions were answered and my records reviewed. I was pleasntly surprised at how efficiently evreyones time was used. I have been a patient at CAC for 12 years and will continue because of their professionaliem and concern for my well being.
