I had the pleasure of being a patient of Dr. Bassin, and it was truly a wonderful experience. From the beautiful office to the professional, organized staff, everything was exceptional. Having blood work done right on the premises made the visit incredibly easy and convenient. I had two procedures in one week. Both were 5 stars. First, “THE Procedure” (every five years) was smoother than ever before, and there was no gas afterward! I then had a fibroscan where they couldn’t find my liver. But I don’t have any criticism for that. The attempted scan was not uncomfortable or anything, so thanks for trying guys!
Staff at receiving handled me pleasnatly and immediately upon my arrival. After being escorted to the examining room my vitals were taken. Within minutes the doctor followed up. All my questions were answered and my records reviewed. I was pleasntly surprised at how efficiently evreyones time was used. I have been a patient at CAC for 12 years and will continue because of their professionaliem and concern for my well being.
Dr. Kreisberg is an amazing doctor. Not only is he warm and kind, but he included me in the conversation about my how to move forward in my care. His advice has always been spot on. I can’t recommend him enough. Diana Hernandez is so helpful and efficient. I appreciate her too.
Dr Brian Ciampi was outstanding at my recent appointment. He was very thorough on hearing my medical issues and discussing best next steps. He was so knowledgeable and expert in the GI field. I have a high level of confidence and will return to Dr. Ciampi. He ordered teats and explained the different options clearly. The office staff are very nice and it's a very pleasant offic setting. Patients are called in timely and the doctor promptly is available. I highly recommend Dr. Ciampi.
