I can’t say enough good things about this gastroenterology practice. From the moment you walk in, the office staff is amazing-friendly, efficient, and organized. Smooth patient flow. Dr Shanavas is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to explain things clearly so you truly understand what is going on and what the treatment plan is. Dr. Patel and her crew were so nice! I was nervous about my possible diagnosis and procedure and they calmly explained all the steps and in terms I could understand (lol). If anyone has to stick a camera up my butt, I'm glad I have Dr. Patel to choose from.
From the time I walked in until I left I was treated with nothing but respect and congeniality. Everyone in this office was professional, helpful and efficient. This office is probably one of the cleanest offices I have ever been in! I saw Jacky Chun who is an exceptional practitioner with an excellent bedside manner who listens! This was a nice, chill experience.
I had the pleasure of being a patient of Dr. Bassin, and it was truly a wonderful experience. From the beautiful office to the professional, organized staff, everything was exceptional. Having blood work done right on the premises made the visit incredibly easy and convenient. Always a pleasant experience here. Staff is polite, professional, courteous and attentive. Very little wait time and great follow up. I've been a patient for many years and will continue to be one.
