So far, our experience has been wonderful. NP Margaret took her time with us and explained everything and came up with a ‘game plan’ before we left the office. The scheduling was very easy and fast. The wait time pre appointment was also excellent.
Always a pleasant experience here. Staff is polite, professional, courteous and attentive. Very little wait time and great follow up. I've been a patient for many years and will continue to be one.
I had my routine visit at Capital Digestive Care, on April 7, 2026, with Lisa Gallucci, PA. I usually request Lisa unless there’s a specific need for the doctor. Lisa is excellent. I can’t say enough good things about this gastroenterology practice. From the moment you walk in, the office staff is amazing-friendly, efficient, and organized. Smooth patient flow. Dr Shanavas is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to explain things clearly so you truly understand what is going on and what the treatment plan is. It was first time here, the stuff at front desk was very friendly, willing to help and answer any questions, at the the assistance inside the office we're also very nice and respectful. After my visit doctor Akriti Saxena called me and took the time to explain exams results and had all good suggestions that made my visit to hospital a lot easier.
