From the time I walked in until I left I was treated with nothing but respect and congeniality. Everyone in this office was professional, helpful and efficient. This office is probably one of the cleanest offices I have ever been in! I saw Jacky Chun who is an exceptional practitioner with an excellent bedside manner who listens! This was a nice, chill experience.
I always have a pleasant and beneficial visit with my doctor. Dr Okoji always take the time to listen to my concerns and never rush in and out of the room. She always shows professionalism but yet personal attention to me as her patient Thanks Dr Okoji was being a very important part of my medical team.
On Tuesday February 10, I called requesting an appointment with Dr Sneha Patel. I had seen her last April and this was not an urgent request. They offered me two different afternoon times the following day and I accepted the earlier one. I had the pleasure of being a patient of Dr. Bassin, and it was truly a wonderful experience. From the beautiful office to the professional, organized staff, everything was exceptional. Having blood work done right on the premises made the visit incredibly easy and convenient. Staff at receiving handled me pleasnatly and immediately upon my arrival. After being escorted to the examining room my vitals were taken. Within minutes the doctor followed up. All my questions were answered and my records reviewed. I was pleasntly surprised at how efficiently evreyones time was used. I have been a patient at CAC for 12 years and will continue because of their professionaliem and concern for my well being.
