It was first time here, the stuff at front desk was very friendly, willing to help and answer any questions, at the the assistance inside the office we're also very nice and respectful. After my visit doctor Akriti Saxena called me and took the time to explain exams results and had all good suggestions that made my visit to hospital a lot easier. Thank you all for the wonderful job you do for the community.
no wait-Dr Finkel listens and is very attentive and explains things well. I thought the pa who took my blood pressure was abrupt and not very friendly. would have liked a little more patience from her.
I had my colonoscopy at Capital Digestive in Shady Grove, and overall, it was a very positive experience. I was especially impressed with the 4th floor team, the nurses and assistants were kind, attentive, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Dr. Patel and my anesthesiologist also took great care of me from start to finish, and I truly appreciated the level of professionalism and compassion shown. Thao Le, PA, was on time and a wonderful listener. She asked many questions to try to come up with diagnoses and explained everything thoroughly. I never felt rushed and she made me feel comfortable. Great visit
From the beginning checking in went smoothly, the staff is professional and friendly. The nurse that performed pre-procedure was informative and listened to my questions, it’s really a top of line business for procedures that people need to have to be comfortable.
