He listens very well and paid considerable attention to my treatment need. My appointment was pretty much on time. The staff was knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant. Dr. Kreisberg has been a good choice of physician for me. It feels like we are working as a team for my healthcare. He listens to my concerns and ideas, explains his findings and plans in an easy to understand manner and is very good about answering emails in the patient portal and following up with lab results. I have been going to Capital Digestive Care for years, and I am always satisfied with the doctors, staff, and quality of care provided. My doctor is not only knowledgeable, he maintains prompt appointment times, he's approachable, attentive, listens to my questions, as well as addresses my concerns in a caring and professional manner.
I went to their Silver Spring office and the staff were quite friendly. Dr. Stephen Humm was very patient in explaining and answering questions. He was also very helpful and trying to help in getting prescription. The communication between doctor and patient through "patient portal" always quick response.
