From the moment i walked into the building i was greeted with great customer service and respect. Dr. Joseph Genovese is the best and I will always continue to see this doctor. He listened to me and explained and gives me great information regarding my diagnosis. The lady behind the desk in the back office handed me information and explained my upcoming procedures with elegance, grace and was extremely professional. I love this place. Great place and great people.
For 20 years I have had excellent doctors' visits and procedures at Capital Digestive Care, most of the time at the White Oak Lockwood office, sometimes at other offices. Most recently I had an appointment with Dr. Humm. He is very thorough and detailed and I can always rely on him to determine the best course of action for me, whether it be to recommend a particular medicine or procedure. I very much appreciate the Capital Digestive Care practice.
Dr. Roderick Kreisberg is amazing - caring, thorough, really listens and is responsive, and thinks outside the box when needed. He has helped me tremendously. I refer all of my friends and family that need a GI doc to him. I couldn’t be more satisfied with the care he has provided. Dr Schindler has treated my wife and me for many years. Provided the finest medical care available and with a warm 'bedside manor' that made us feel that we were in the best of medical hands. One of the finest physicians we have had the good fortune to take care of us. Kudos
First time at this practice. Met with a PA who was great. She listened to my descriptions of anything I thought might be a symptom and told me what she thought. This was just a visit to get ready for a future colonoscopy. She described various options for that prep stuff we all hate and prescribed what we agreed upon. Described how the procedure will go in great detail. This will be my 3rd colonoscopy (each with a different practice) so I kind of know how it goes but this visit put me completely at ease.
