Had a very pleasant experience with this office. My in person consultation was quick but went well. Scheduling my procedure was seamless. Fast forward to the procedure a few months later I have zero complaints! Dr Esparragoza is a friendly sweet lady. She made me feel very comfortable and safe. Everyone on her team was exceptionally professional. The surgical suite was busy but organized and clean. I would definitely recommend this office.
I went to capital digestive care in Silver Spring for a routine screening colonoscopy. Dr Fuller was my anesthesiologist and Dr Finkle did the colonoscopy. I went into the procedure feeling 100% healthy. I was given supplemental oxygen via a nasal cannula and Propofol via IV. For the procedure I was on my left side. Upon attachment of the cannula to my face I noted the strong flow of cold air, and commented on that to Dr Fuller. Dr, Soorya Aggarwal was very attentive and she listened to everything I had to say, she explained everything about what the next steps are going to be to help me get better. From the moment I walked into the office for my procedure, I was greeted warmly and treated with kindness. I was very anxious about this particular procedure and it was my second time having it performed. Every single person in the office was extremely friendly, caring and kind. It made my anxiety and the procedure so much easier. I highly recommend this location, staff and doctors.
I brought my mom to the SS office yesterday where she had been seen before and while it was my first visit in taking her, I see why she raves about this place. From the front desk to the nurse to the PA to observing how doctors communicate, you observe a sense of care, professionalism and empathy.
