The staff at the Silver Spring location are professional, but also very patience and kind. There's not a long wait between arrival and seeing the doctor or PA. You don't feel rushed through your visit, and the schedulers are very efficient. It's a nice location And they work well with patience, not everyone does..
Dr Lee offers excellent bedside manner. She cares about your health and patiently answers all your questions. She is very professional and easy to talk to. I experienced a GI emergency and they walked me in the morning after being discharged from the hospital. With care and treatment over the next five days, including a next day endoscopy scheduled. The follow up calls and resubscribing of medications to get my condition under control was a life saver. I never imagine needing emergency care and the level of care I received was unbelievable. The compassion and attention I received with Capital Digestive is the reason I have been with this team for over 10 years.
