My experience with Dr. Shanavas was great as usual. He is very personal and interested in how you are doing. I hadn’t been there in a while and we talked about personal things. I have been going to him for about 15 years and we feel like old friends. I would definitely recommend him to my friends.
My appointment was pretty much on time. The staff was knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant. Dr. Kreisberg has been a good choice of physician for me. It feels like we are working as a team for my healthcare. He listens to my concerns and ideas, explains his findings and plans in an easy to understand manner and is very good about answering emails in the patient portal and following up with lab results. I have been going to Capital Digestive Care for years, and I am always satisfied with the doctors, staff, and quality of care provided. My doctor is not only knowledgeable, he maintains prompt appointment times, he's approachable, attentive, listens to my questions, as well as addresses my concerns in a caring and professional manner.
My visit was very up close and personal and informative* Dr. Ezmerli is the EPITOME of Gastrointestinal health care. She's patience with her patient "Me". Knowing that your health is being assessed in the best medical expertise care is the most gratifying feeling.
Apparently, the TWO people I spoke to about scheduling an appointment need to get their brains checked because they completely lost their minds speaking to me like that! Both were shockingly rude and unprofessional. Honestly, I have to wonder if the hiring manager needs an evaluation too because hiring people like that is a serious failure in judgment.
