Dr. Humm is wonderful. He listens to me and explains everything thoroughly. He will explain the pros of treatment but he takes my views seriously and doesn't push. We make decisions together. He responds quickly via the portal to any questions or concerns. I recommend him highly.
Dr. Roderick Kreisberg is amazing - caring, thorough, really listens and is responsive, and thinks outside the box when needed. He has helped me tremendously. The front desk was horrible!!! the main offender was unpleasant and barked orders (take a seat) at me upon my arrival. I was already stressed out for going to the wrong location. I apologized for my delay and informed her I had gone to wrong office and had not received any email with the correct address.
