I am very satisfied with Capital Digestive Care. This was my second visit to this center in the last seven years. My doctor is Dr Kreisberg Roderick. He is special. He listens very well and paid considerable attention to my treatment need. He explained very well with clarity his diagnosis of my condition and the ideal proposed treatment plan which I am comfortable with. Doctors are thorough, patient and professional. I’ve been a patient there over 25 years. The nurses and administrative staff are very kind and accommodating. I’ve known some of them so many years they are like family. My recent appointment was with another Doctor because Dr Humm wasn’t available. First time ever. Dr Finkel is an outstanding GI MD. He is calm and an excellent listener. The staff at Capital Digestive Care is very professional, patient, kind, caring and informative. They do not rush you and are very respectful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this practice to anyone in need of this type of care.
Dr. Musselman is the best. He takes his time with you and asks many questions. He also remembers the details of previous visits. He is kind, personable and professional. From the time I entered the office until I left, the staff were respectful, friendly and very helpful. Exceptional experience.
The last time I dealt with their clinic in Silver Spring, MD was in middle January 2025, and since then I received three bills, each states that I have a balance to pay, and I thought I am done, then they send another one. It looks like a scam. I called them and asked to speak to a supervisor, which toke me an hour to reach; his answer was that insurance company takes a lot of time to respond to claims.
