Long time patient and very pleased with the service I receive. Easy to make appointments and always on time. Over the years I’ve had 3 different doctors and always a positive experience. The last few years, I’ve been seeing Dr. Sohail and he is fantastic. He is very personable and professional, taking his time reviewing my health concerns and providing feedback/various options to consider as needed. I highly recommend Capital Digestive Care and Dr. Sohail!
After explaining my concerns to a staff member I was given the first available appointment very quickly. I explained my problem to Dr. Park and he was extremely responsive intaking the next steps and put me at ease. The staff and Dr. Park were extremely helpful and ready to assist me. I will be seeing him again for follow up.
I have been a patient with Capital Digestive for more than 15 years and entrust my care to them. One concern this time around was that I did not receive any notification/reminder that I was due to have a colonoscopy. When I called and inquired whether I was due for this procedure, the young lady I spoke with said, "Oh, you're right." I believe in previous years that I had always received some type of notification/reminder that it was time again to schedule an appointment. My wife was referred to this office because her primary care physician mistakenly believed this practice provided the specialized service she needed. Instead of doing the ethical thing and informing her they could not treat her condition when the referral was received or when the appointment was scheduled, this office accepted the appointment anyway and allowed her to believe she would receive the care she needed. I am very displeased with the lack of follow-up service at the Urbana location. I paid for my appointments and am expected to pay for my labs. But no one ever follows up with my lab results. Why am I paying all this money and no one proactively calls or messages me explaining the results I paid you to assess? The way I'm feeling, you should discount me for your lack of follow-up and explanation that I paid for. I don't have time to keep chasing you all down for my results. Absolutely frustrating.
