Dr Anna Strongin is wonderful. I highly recommend her! She is a good listener, very efficient, asks pertinent questions, considers responses, and takes great notes for reference. Dr Strongin is easy to talk with and is very clear with next steps and follow-up. Most importantly, I trust Dr Strongin and feel safe with the decisions we’ve made together regarding my health and family history. My recent endoscopy was performed at the Urbana surgical center. I was very impressed with the staff and the facility.
All the staff at this practice are knowledgeable and well trained. The front desk staff guided me through the check in process kindly and make it very easy. The nurse was helpful and listened carefully to my symptoms. And Dr. Strongin is an absolutely one of a kind doctor! She remembered details from my previous issues, listened so well and asked lots of pertinent questions. Simply put, one could not ask for a more professional and caring interaction with a physician. Dr. Bhinder took the time to listen and develop a program to help me with a long-term issue. Within just a few hours of following his regimen of diet change and prescriptions I was already feeling better. Within four days, my troubling symptoms were gone. I feel 15 years younger. Thank you Dr. Bhinder and your staff for the extraordinary care.
Waited for over 35 minutes after his appointment time with my husband for him to be seen by the assistant for a quick test. Told the receptionist he was there on limited time before he needed to be at work. We had even arrived 10 minutes early hoping he would be seen on time. He was ignored while new patients filled out info and went to see the doctors.
This was my husband’s first visit at this practice. Dr. Sivasailam was absolutely THE BEST! I have used Dr. Bhinder and the practice for almost 16 years and this proves CDC takes pride in their doctors. She took time to listen, asked questions and genuinely cares. The scheduler who scheduled my hubby’s procedures was an absolute delight!
