This was my husband’s first visit at this practice. Dr. Sivasailam was absolutely THE BEST! I have used Dr. Bhinder and the practice for almost 16 years and this proves CDC takes pride in their doctors. She took time to listen, asked questions and genuinely cares. The scheduler who scheduled my hubby’s procedures was an absolute delight!
All the staff at this practice are knowledgeable and well trained. The front desk staff guided me through the check in process kindly and make it very easy. The nurse was helpful and listened carefully to my symptoms. And Dr. Strongin is an absolutely one of a kind doctor! She remembered details from my previous issues, listened so well and asked lots of pertinent questions. Dr. Stephen Park is great. He listened to all my concerns and helped put me at ease. With that said, I was very disappointed with the ‘phlebotomist’ on staff, who made two attempts to draw my blood—including from my hand—but was unable to obtain a sample. She then instructed me to go to Labcorp instead. The following day, before going to Labcorp, I called your office because I had accidentally left my lab orders at home. Capital digestive care is awesome! Over the last number of years. I have seen doctor Parke and I have seen doctor Hussain. Both of them are top-notch. This is the urbana office. Highly recommend!!!!
My experience was great! The Doctor and Assistants were respectful and courteous! They spent a lot of time with me and explained everything in great detail! What a positive experience!! Always willing to assist whenever I contact them.
