I had an out-patient procedure yesterday with Dr John Smith. All of the nurses and assistants were wonderful. Very caring and made me feel very comfortable. Dr Smith is an outstanding Gastroenterologist! He is very supportive and cares about his patients. He also has a great bedside manner with some humor thrown in, which I loved. He’s not just a doctor, he’s a great human being and I would recommend Dr Smith and his practice to anyone!
Scheduling my appointment took a little time but once I talked with someone the scheduling was quick and easy. Dr Ryan is always so nice and informative! Every nurse I interacted with had a great attitude and took good care of me before and after my colonoscopy. I would highly recommend this practice
The staff was awesome and care was excellent. My only caveat was the Doctor’s manners.. He walked into the procedure room without acknowledging me. One of the nurses did the same. Small thing i guess but not hard to do either. As he walked into the room he should have greeted me. Instead he immediately started conversing with the nurse then waked around the bed I was in for several minutes before speaking. I commented on it and his response was he had a lot to do. First time coming to this location. The staff and Dr was so amazing, professional, saver kind hearted. Although my Dr made the wrong appointment. I was still amazed with the team at this office. They all listened to my concerns, made me feel safe, welcomed and heard. I will definitely recommend this office to anyone.
Dr. Brooks and staff were efficient and organized. Everyone kept me informed and explained at each step. Only off target step was the required 60 minutes early arrival. Nothing took place in that time but 5 minutes of signature forms. Highly recommend.
