My procedure was well explained in advance, and I was taken back right on time. The nurse was pleasant and efficient and explained what was going to happen as did the anesthesiologist. Dr Ryan was prompt and also explained the procedure again and made sure I was comfortable. It went quickly and my recovery time was minimal. Dr Ryan explained the results and answered questions fully. Totally professional and helpful staff.
Everyone was so very kind. They were having such a sorrow filled day. But kept working taking care of their patients. God bless you all in your time of sorrow. Thank you for taking care of me! Dr Smith is fantastic! Love this office!
BEWARE!! EVEN IF THEY TELL YOU THEY DO- THEY DO NOT- DO NOT PARTICIPATE WITH TRICARE (SELECT) 'EAST'!!! You will instead be forced to pay 25% of all allowable charges as 'OUT oF NETWORK"!! We were patients over the last 10 plus years and confirmed they were still "in network" with our Tricare insurance and they ASSURED us yes- they WERE!! We checked as we'd not seen them in several years after our docs left the practice! SO, INSTEAD of paying ZERO for a "preventative care'' colonoscopy- we were forced to pay almost $100!!! ... read more
Staff was friendly & my assistants were informative & delightful to talk with! I know, I know it’s a colonoscopy, but it doesn’t have to a bad appointment. Dr. Tieu was also very informative every step of the way, I did not have anesthesia due to medicine (totally my error). It wasn’t comfortable, but not painful & they again, told me every step & what to expect. I go back in 3 years & I hope I have the same team!!
I had a very positive experience. Beginning with the receptionist ----she was very pleasant and courteous. The person who took me to the back also gave me a friendly greeting. The young lady who told me what to do to get ready for the prep was also pleasant She asked several questions for prepping. She was also helpful.
