BEWARE!! EVEN IF THEY TELL YOU THEY DO- THEY DO NOT- DO NOT PARTICIPATE WITH TRICARE (SELECT) 'EAST'!!! You will instead be forced to pay 25% of all allowable charges as 'OUT oF NETWORK"!! We were patients over the last 10 plus years and confirmed they were still "in network" with our Tricare insurance and they ASSURED us yes- they WERE!! We checked as we'd not seen them in several years after our docs left the practice! My procedure was well explained in advance, and I was taken back right on time. The nurse was pleasant and efficient and explained what was going to happen as did the anesthesiologist. Dr Ryan was prompt and also explained the procedure again and made sure I was comfortable. It went quickly and my recovery time was minimal. Dr Ryan explained the results and answered questions fully. Totally professional and helpful staff.
From reservations, to reception, to all the nurses and Dr Ryan . I had another 5 Star experience. The entire team is pleasant, confident and work together like a well oiled machine. Dr Michael Ryan is an excellent and knowledgeable physician. He is very professional, caring, informative, and thorough. I trust him fully with my medical care and needs. He ensures to provide me with quality care and he is consistent with the services he provides. I feel heard as a patient and he goes the extra mile to ensure my.medical needs. He is also very personable and consistent with his care and the series he provides. I would recommend him as a physician.
Staff was friendly & my assistants were informative & delightful to talk with! I know, I know it’s a colonoscopy, but it doesn’t have to a bad appointment. Dr. Tieu was also very informative every step of the way, I did not have anesthesia due to medicine (totally my error). It wasn’t comfortable, but not painful & they again, told me every step & what to expect. I go back in 3 years & I hope I have the same team!!
