I had an excellent experience at this clinic during my endoscopy and colonoscopy procedures. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive, making me feel comfortable and well cared for throughout the entire process. I would especially like to praise Dr. Alan H. Tieu. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to clearly explain everything before and after the procedures. I appreciated all the staff but especially Amanda who was able to start my IV with one stick! She was effecient & friendly checking me in. I felt comfortable. Anesthetist(Dena?) was friendly & very capable also. My husband & I did not like that we had to arrive 1 hour & sit in waiting room before procedure (with a chatty cathy) even though did paperwork as requested early on. My nurse Amanda was wonderful and had excellent IV skills. Nurse asnesthesist gave me great care as did the nurses during my procedure. I can't say enough about Dr. Ryan. He is always concerned about me as a person and keeps me well informed. My husband is also very impressed with his bedside manner. I am very satisfied with the endo suite staff.
The lady at the front desk was rude and abrupt. When we walked in we greeted her with a smile and pleasant good morning. She did not speak ir smoke. I spoke again and the response was nothing. When pricing instructions she was very abrupt. She acted as though she hated her job and did not want to be there. If we were not already scheduled, I would not have proceeded as she made me question the care that would be received there.
