Dr. Smith is great when I can get in to see him. Don’t think you’re going to get an appointment in a reasonable time frame. And don’t expect to EVER get a person when you call for an appointment. It’s always “leave a message”. You might get a phone call the next day but it’s usually several days. The actual office visit is always great. This is the kindest group of people I've ever experienced. Everyone was patient and helpful. I was nervous, and each person in the facility put me at ease. The doctor introduced himself and made sure I didn't have any questions. I recommend this group without hesitation.
I had an EDG procedure done in office Sept.10, 2024. Everyone on the staff team was kind and courteous. They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable.They even started the procedure before scheduled time. I was in and out before I knew it. Dr. Wootten and his team are awesome. I had no issues with anything whatsoever. I will definitely recommend him to family and friends.
You dont find a better and more educated doctor then Dr Ryan. Been seeing him over 10 years now. His communication skills are off the charts and his heart is big. I refer him to everyone often. Dr.Ryan is the greatest. He listens to the patient. He is knowledgeable and up to date on latest PBC research & treatment. I am confident in his expertise. I live in Florida, he is definitely worth the trip!
