I had a really great experience from the moment I checked in. The staff was friendly, courteous, and made me feel comfortable right away, especially since this was my first time having this procedure. When I was called back, the nurse was very kind and calming and kept talking with me to help ease my nerves. I ended up feeling pretty nauseous and unwell, and they were so attentive and helpful during that time, which I really appreciated. The lady at the front desk was rude and abrupt. When we walked in we greeted her with a smile and pleasant good morning. She did not speak ir smoke. I spoke again and the response was nothing. When pricing instructions she was very abrupt. She acted as though she hated her job and did not want to be there. If we were not already scheduled, I would not have proceeded as she made me question the care that would be received there. Scheduling my appointment took a little time but once I talked with someone the scheduling was quick and easy. Dr Ryan is always so nice and informative! Every nurse I interacted with had a great attitude and took good care of me before and after my colonoscopy. I would highly recommend this practice
I had an out-patient procedure yesterday with Dr John Smith. All of the nurses and assistants were wonderful. Very caring and made me feel very comfortable. Dr Smith is an outstanding Gastroenterologist! He is very supportive and cares about his patients. He also has a great bedside manner with some humor thrown in, which I loved. He’s not just a doctor, he’s a great human being and I would recommend Dr Smith and his practice to anyone!
Extremely nice staff from front desk to nurses to doctors. There was a difference in arrival time for my procedure on what was mailed versus the text I got in the evening so I was about 30 min late. No guilt, no smart comments, everyone said "no problem, we got you" and I couldn't have been happier from start to finish.
