I am always impressed with Capital Digestive care. Dr. Michael Ryan was so thorough, so patient, actually LISTENING and ANSWERING all my questions and concerns. I take comfort in the fact that Dr. Ryan has EXPERIENCE with all facets of his specialty. The entire staff was remarkable. Everyone involved in my procedure exhibited great care of my well being. Everyone was professional and showed concern for a procedure that could be uncomfortable but was instead pleasant. I would not commit to anyone else to repeat the procedure.

Dr. J. H. Smith is an outstanding doctor. I recommend him to people all of the time. He is patient, kind and knowledgeable. He actually reads your chart from other doctors, labs and/or hospital visits. If he feels that he can't improve your health issues, he will refer you to someone who is in the top of his or her field too. He doesn't rush your appointment and he actually listens to me. I have been his patient for awhile now and I'm so grateful to God that He sent me to Dr. Smith (I used to go to another GI doctor 😕)
Dr. Wooten and his entire staff are very professional and helpful, friendly and make you feel very comfortable. I go to the Kempsville location his front desk personal, I can't think of her name however she is very professional, sweet and kind always has a smile. I highly recommend them to anyone in need
