I had a very positive experience. Beginning with the receptionist ----she was very pleasant and courteous. The person who took me to the back also gave me a friendly greeting. The young lady who told me what to do to get ready for the prep was also pleasant She asked several questions for prepping. She was also helpful. I was gobsmacked meeting Katherine Fisher for my first appointment as my regular physician was away; she listened patiently as I explained why I needed professional help. Kay asked many questions; I felt so at ease with her. Possibilities were explained, and a plan of action was presented. Dr Hornbuckle is wonderful! I only have to see him once every few years but he also treats my mother and my husband and with every interaction, he has been consistently kind, thorough, and very understanding. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a provider who is knowledgeable, considerate and has the best bedside manner.
Dr Michael Ryan is an excellent and knowledgeable physician. He is very professional, caring, informative, and thorough. I trust him fully with my medical care and needs. He ensures to provide me with quality care and he is consistent with the services he provides. I feel heard as a patient and he goes the extra mile to ensure my.medical needs. He is also very personable and consistent with his care and the series he provides. I would recommend him as a physician.
Check-in was smooth and completed quickly. All staff members: receptionist, nurse, anesthesiologist, and Dr. Michael Ryan were professional, respectful and friendly. I was in and out in just over two hours and that included arriving an hour before my procedure. I would highly recommend Dr. Ryan for anyone needing digestive care.
