Great Office. I have always felt safe and educated throughout my visits and procedures. From Check in’s, labs, checkups, and follow up calls to make sure I’m ok. They have collectively as an office always had my best interests at heart. Please don’t think twice if you are considering anything from advice to treatment. 11/10 I will recommend.
Excellent staff. Walked me through it all and explained every step. From front desk through back nurses and doc and anesthesia docs and thecalls to insure I was OK after. I T was a GREAT experience. TERRIFIC BEDSIDE MANNERS. Thanks people for showing you actually do care.
Hands down one of the best medical offices I’ve ever experienced in Virginia. They truly want to help you no matter what. The doctors and nurses go out of their way to make each patient feel like an important individual, even if that means they return your call after 5PM.
Great experience.... Not a long wait...The staff was thoughtful and considerate. The follow up was caring.. I do recommend to all my family and friends. I was canning when I came home.
I was honestly so nervous before my surgery, but Dr. Lee and the entire staff made me feel calm and cared for every step of the way. Everyone was so kind and thoughtful—it really put me at ease. What touched me the most was that they even called the very next day just to check on me. It’s those little gestures that mean so much. I can’t say enough good things about them, and I wholeheartedly recommend their care.
