I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Gastrointestinal and Liver Specialists of Tidewater. I have been a patient since 2021. Despite living in Richmond, I consistently drove over two hours for appointments because I trusted their care. I have raved about this practice in the past and recommended their providers to others who needed GI services. Great Office. I have always felt safe and educated throughout my visits and procedures. From Check in’s, labs, checkups, and follow up calls to make sure I’m ok. They have collectively as an office always had my best interests at heart. Please don’t think twice if you are considering anything from advice to treatment. 11/10 I will recommend.

The location is conveniently situated and offers ample uncovered and handicap parking. The office is located on the second floor, accessible via staircase or elevator. The office wall sanitizer station was empty and appeared disheveled. The office temperature was quite warm, which is somewhat uncommon for a medical facility. The front desk staff, however, were friendly and attentive to the needs of patients and customers. Will update review with next visit.
