Great experience.... Not a long wait...The staff was thoughtful and considerate. The follow up was caring.. I do recommend to all my family and friends. I was canning when I came home.
I was honestly so nervous before my surgery, but Dr. Lee and the entire staff made me feel calm and cared for every step of the way. Everyone was so kind and thoughtful—it really put me at ease. What touched me the most was that they even called the very next day just to check on me. It’s those little gestures that mean so much. I can’t say enough good things about them, and I wholeheartedly recommend their care.
Dr E. Lee is a great listener, is extremely pleasant to deal with and does not make the visit seem rushed. He puts you at ease the moment he enters the room. Staff was easy to deal with and I saw Dr Lee at my scheduled appointment time…not 30 - 45 minutes later!
Great team all around. My initial appointment went very well and this procedure was scheduled fairly quickly. I arrived very early and the check-in staff were very helpful. I was actually seen and had the procedure done and was out the door before my appointment time. All the staff that I've dealt with with capital digestive care have been professional, courteous, and made the visits very positive.
I was very happy with the service I received. I was seen at my scheduled appointment time and Ms. Tracey was great: Very friendly and explained the procedure she was performing so I knew what to expect. Also I appreciated the follow-up to inform me of the results.
