Well, where do I begin when I first got there? Tina, call me back, took my weight.\n Ask the series of questions fast where I didn't have a lot of time to answer. She appeared to have a bad day because she wanted me to sign paper. Where it gave your permission to get prescriptions or medications that I take from the pharmacy I didn't agree with that. The staff are quick and courteous. You are registered and seated. Next is the nurse/technician to bring you to your "room". They are caring and make sure you are comfortable. The doctor was great (we met at my last procedure, and he made me so comfortable and confident that I asked for him by name. The anesthesiologist was pleasant and confident. On the whole, I would suggest them to everyone!
All my Encounters with staff at the Harbour View location by phone and in person have been pleasant. I was scheduled for upper & lower procedure on June 18th with Dr. Culbert. At check-in the African-American Nurse or MA (don't remember her name) who got me settled in was very kind and patient -- she's also a Super-User at starting a Line/IV .... was completed with 1 stick!!...(-; Once recovered, Dr. Culbert pleasantly explained procedure & outcome and answered any concerns I had; an overall pleasant experience.
This was my first time here and they were all so nice. The front desk staff is friendly and attentive you can tell the office vibe is good due to the staff. The MA was prompt and accurate very nice, provider wasn’t a super long wait and the scheduler was a sweetheart very thorough. Check-in was quick and easy and the staff was very friendly and courteous. I had very little wait time and the nurse had a good attitude and very thorough in reviewing my chart and updating medication. Dr.Iyer was very professional and easy to talk with. He clearly explained everything in detail and took the time to listen to my concerns. I did not feel rushed and herded out like cattle as some other doctors and medical facilities have done. I was extremely satisfied with my recent visit.
