I had two appointments that day, last Tuesday. I had been on the first floor with the oncologist and then went upstairs to my appointment with Dr. Neumann. I might have been 10 - 15 minutes late, but they were notified that I was in the building and that I would be upstairs as soon as I could! They were very understanding!
The medical team is very friendly and professional. They took great care of me and ensured that I was fine even after care. Dr. Iyer was my doctor and is very well spoken of. My initial visit was via telehealth due to inclement weather. He was very patient in answering questions and gave very detailed answers. I was very impressed with his professionalism and down-to-earth manner. I would recommend this place to anyone requiring digestive care.
I moved here from NY and finding a good, and compassionate doctor can cause a lot of stress. I feel incredibly fortunate that I came to this group. I was welcomed with smiles, and treated with respect and kindness from the minute I arrived, until the minute I left. Dr. Iyer’s warm smile and confident manner was comforting and so appreciated, and his staff was exactly the same. Thank you, all!
My visit with Capital Digestive Care was fantastic. The office staff was very friendly. They made me feel comfortable. The doctor was great. She explained things to me so I could understand it.
