Well, where do I begin when I first got there? Tina, call me back, took my weight.\n Ask the series of questions fast where I didn't have a lot of time to answer. She appeared to have a bad day because she wanted me to sign paper. Where it gave your permission to get prescriptions or medications that I take from the pharmacy I didn't agree with that. This was my first time here and they were all so nice. The front desk staff is friendly and attentive you can tell the office vibe is good due to the staff. The MA was prompt and accurate very nice, provider wasn’t a super long wait and the scheduler was a sweetheart very thorough. Check-in was quick and easy and the staff was very friendly and courteous. I had very little wait time and the nurse had a good attitude and very thorough in reviewing my chart and updating medication. Dr.Iyer was very professional and easy to talk with. He clearly explained everything in detail and took the time to listen to my concerns. I did not feel rushed and herded out like cattle as some other doctors and medical facilities have done. I was extremely satisfied with my recent visit.
My experience not so great. I was pleased with the intake portion of my appointment. I was wheeled into surgery when I was told I would have a good nap and when I woke up I was discharged. Didn’t see the doctor that did my surgery at all. She didn’t speak with my husband about what was found but just released. I got home and had extreme gas pains in my stomach in addition to still having diarrhea . I felt awful and have had 2 prior colonoscopies where I didn’t feel like this.
