First time going I was totally impressed. Mia greeted me and made me feel at ease with her pleasant personality. The pa that I saw was awesome and addressed all my questions with completeness. Cannot remember her name. She’s dr Colberts pa.
Staff are wonderful. Claire Mueller, PA-C is very through, professional and easy to talk to. She listen to her patients and explains what is going to happen. She is extremely competent in her field.
Really miss my original GI physician who passed away :( But I was pleasantly surprised to schedule with a new Dr. at the same practice. He was very attentive, listened to my concerns and then explained what steps he wanted to take to help me. I was extremely grateful that he outlined everything in detail, answering all my questions! THANK YOU for maintaining the quality of professionals that really do work hard to help me gain back a better quality of life day by day!!
The ABSOLUTE WORSE experience that Ive ever had . No greeting, no smiles, no warmth or kindness from the beginning of the visit to the end. My provider Anshu Mahajan, lets just say she was barely cordial, did no examinations based on what I was there to be seen for. Merely suggested that we run test and see what happens from there. I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Gastrointestinal and Liver Specialists of Tidewater. I have been a patient since 2021. Despite living in Richmond, I consistently drove over two hours for appointments because I trusted their care. I have raved about this practice in the past and recommended their providers to others who needed GI services.
