Staff was friendly and Dr Nickki was amazing! She spent time with me learning about my medical story. She listened extremely well and put me at ease. Her presence was confident and very calm.
Staff are wonderful. Claire Mueller, PA-C is very through, professional and easy to talk to. She listen to her patients and explains what is going to happen. She is extremely competent in her field.
Always punctual and coordinated in all aspects. The PA for the appointments is always totally aware of your chart. All tests results and recommendations are explained in comprehensive detail that can be clearly understood.
The ABSOLUTE WORSE experience that Ive ever had . No greeting, no smiles, no warmth or kindness from the beginning of the visit to the end. My provider Anshu Mahajan, lets just say she was barely cordial, did no examinations based on what I was there to be seen for. Merely suggested that we run test and see what happens from there. I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Gastrointestinal and Liver Specialists of Tidewater. I have been a patient since 2021. Despite living in Richmond, I consistently drove over two hours for appointments because I trusted their care. I have raved about this practice in the past and recommended their providers to others who needed GI services.
