Posting for a family member. I have a family member who was a patient for a few years battling UC symptoms. Was hospitalized a few times and decided to re-seek care. The doctor we had seen, Dr. Singla, was nice but also arrogant. Convinced them to get a colonoscopy despite acknowledging probably nothing would show up. I cannot say enough great things about this doctor’s office! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. I’ve been a patient of Capital Digestive Care for 20+ years, but this was my first visit to this office (my previous doctor in DC/Chevy Chase retired, and National Harbor is much closer to my house). From check-in to departure, it was a great experience. I can’t say that I’m looking forward to a colonoscopy, but I know that I’ll be well taken care of.
My total experience with Capital Digestive has absolutely amazing. The front office staff was polite and friendly, she kept me abreast of the problems she was having checking me in, the nurses and providers all worked in unison. After my appointment Dr. Campbell called to check on me, due to her having a slight difficult time during the procedure. She was very concerned and caring, an awesome quality I’m truly satisfied. I would refer all my friends, family and colleagues to Capital Digestive.
Do not come here. As a black male paying you deserve better than smug attitude a d nontransparent pricing. You are paying and then they say validate parking then they do not do it. Complete rip off. There are better more caring places to go for your care. The people on the phone are nasty should have been my clue then. You have to dial through so many numbers just to get through. Do not come here. Deal where you are appreciated and not tolerated.
