This was a beautiful and wonderful place to visit. I thank my doctor for referring me to this facility. The staff was very pleasant very professional. The spirit was just beautiful. Amazing to walk in a facility where everyone was pleasant. I will recommend this place too. Whoever have to have service here. Thanks again for treating me with respect.
Was recommended to come here for a routine colonoscopy by my primary physician at Sibley to have the procedure performed at Dr Singla. I was able to schedule the procedure easily by answering a survey over the phone which was very convenient. The patient portal and supporting communications by phone and email were excellent and easy to navigate. They called in my prep prescription the day after we schedule my procedure. Posting for a family member. I have a family member who was a patient for a few years battling UC symptoms. Was hospitalized a few times and decided to re-seek care. The doctor we had seen, Dr. Singla, was nice but also arrogant. Convinced them to get a colonoscopy despite acknowledging probably nothing would show up. After the procedure, the doctor said everything is okay for their age in just 15 seconds and did nothing to actually address the issues taking place. Dr. Adham has been my gastrologist for several years. He and his staff are superior to none! Every question, every concern and even sense of fear, Dr. Adham is ready to address to your satisfaction to increase your level of comfort and assurance your getting the best of care.
Do not come here. As a black male paying you deserve better than smug attitude a d nontransparent pricing. You are paying and then they say validate parking then they do not do it. Complete rip off. There are better more caring places to go for your care. The people on the phone are nasty should have been my clue then. You have to dial through so many numbers just to get through. Do not come here. Deal where you are appreciated and not tolerated.
