I have had great experiences here so far. The doctor that I see is nothing but pleasant to talk to and is very responsive. The lab team here for bloodwork always seems to be in the best spirits and its really uplifting and nice to see vs. Other labs where people look disillusioned with life. Recommend them.
Thank you , the doctor was very patient with me , he took the time to truly listen to my concerns and ask a lot questions. He was very knowledgeable. From the time I walked into the office to the time I left. I had a great experience when I arrive for my appointment within less than 10 minutes. I was called to the back. The triage nurse was very great with me. Got me right into a room, the doctor came in very shortly after even when I made my appointment it was very easy. I was asking for an emergency appointment cause I was... read more
First rate care all the way, from first contact to final posting of clinical findings. Receptionists were cheerful and reassuring, and new their jobs. Screening with Nurse Practitioner was thorough and done by a true professional. Every member of nursing, anesthesia, and procedure team could teach courses on how it's done right. Hats off to Dr Yoselevitz and all his team!
My last GASTRO Doctor moved back to the Boston area where he did his Residency. I decedent to see Doctor Marc C. Hines and I hit the jackpot. Dr. Hines is very nice and takes his time to listen. I no longer need any procedures but I had one area that I was very concerned about. He understands my concerns. He told me to send any prescription requests and he will take care of them. He even walked me out to the waiting room. I've been a patient of Capital Digestive Care for at least 20 years.
My first visit in July was fine. The doctor recommended labs and a Gastric Emptying Study. I got a letter with my diagnosis and had a follow scheduled for November. The November appointment was terrible. The receptionists and schedulers were very nice but the nurses and doctors I had were terrible. I understand they are very busy but the nurses hurrying and shuffling me about from this place to the next was very off putting. I felt like a sheep being herded. Then the actual Gastroenterologist who I had seen before was so dis... read more
