This was my first visit to this facility. I was very impressed by the way in which I was assisted by the entire team. The staff members who signed me in were very professional and knowledgeable about the process. Dr. Hines was very patient, he listened to my concerns very professionally. The young ladies whom drawn my blood was awesome, I did feel a thing and they were people person. This facility has a very caring atmosphere. Thank you all.
My very first appointment with Capital Digestive, my first appt was Dec 30th. I asked to be on the cancel list, then contacted for Dec 5th. I was told my appt was at 2:30, I arrived at 2:15, then told the appointment was at 2pm. The staff member at the front desk, went to the back, and not sure what was done but they saw me anyway. The doctors that I’ve seen have been very good and knowledgeable although for some reason, I keep trying to schedule a hospital procedure without any success. I keep being told to talk to this person or that person but the scheduler that I need to talk to apparently has not called me back and when I keep trying to call, I keep getting put on hold and leave a message and we’ll get back to you within 24 or 48 hours. I need Doctor Rudolph scheduler to get a hold of me To set up Surgery!
Got my appointment right away, my Dr. is Dr. Wang. She is very personable and explains things so I understand. Everyone there is so friendly and you feel comfortable asking questions and explaining what the problem is. I recommend them to anyone in need of their type of services.
