5 star gastro practice. From check in to prep to the actual procedure, Dr. Pop and his team are outstanding. Excellent follow up as well. I wouldn’t exactly say I’m looking forward to my next colonoscopy but I’m certainly not dreading it knowing I’ll be so well taken care of.
I've been going to this practice for 20 years and continue to have excellent care. Each doctor and nurse that I see are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful in answering my questions. Procedures are well planned, on time, and thorough. The office is clean and modern and quick to answer my questions. Thankful for a great practice!
I have never felt so uncomfortable and dismissed as a patient before. I came in for my appointment, the front desk staff was very nice. The nurse practitioner that I was seeing was very cold, judgy, gave false information and it felt like she was rushing me out of my appointment. It was almost like she was bothered that she had to see me. She was abrasive when she called me back about my test results. I would not recommend coming to this practice. Karen Urban was knowledgeable, concise and to the point. There was limited small talk and a primary focus on my medical issue at hand. I found her extremely professional and direct. My fast follow up appointment went exceptionally well. I thank her employer and her professionalism for helping me in time of pain and confusion.
Good information on process and procedures are provided and communication with the team is very easy. Start to finish is straight forward and efficient . Great info before and after procedure provided by the doctors all questions are answered. When you have to do this, these folks are great and take good care of you.
