Friendly front desk staff. Dr. Patrick is a gem. She is kind and concerned, well informed and up to date. She is willing to look beyond the norm for those of us who don't even know what "normal" is. She has been my doctor for a long time and I am blessed to have found her. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else.
This was my first visit to this facility. I was very impressed by the way in which I was assisted by the entire team. The staff members who signed me in were very professional and knowledgeable about the process. Dr. Hines was very patient, he listened to my concerns very professionally. The young ladies whom drawn my blood was awesome, I did feel a thing and they were people person. This facility has a very caring atmosphere. Thank you all.
The staff is exceptional. It’s been 5 years since my last visit. My previous doctor left the practice so I was a bit apprehensive and wanted to be seen at the Glen Mitchell location, closer to my home. However, Every employee I interacted with from front desk, triage nurse, lab tech and doctor, was so professional, knowledgeable and just friendly. I would certainly recommend this location.
Everyone was efficient, and friendly. I arrived before my appointed time, but was not seen until approx. 40 minutes past appointment time. No one bothered to let us know they were running behind or why until we were finally put in the room. We should have been given the courtesy of being informed.
I have been a patient with capital digestive care for quite a while. I see Dr. Patty Wang and Stacy Utton. They both have been wonderful to me. They listen take their time and explain why we are having certain tests done. Explain my diagnosis. And then treat. It’s hard to find doctors who take the time these days and they do.
