Thank you , the doctor was very patient with me , he took the time to truly listen to my concerns and ask a lot questions. He was very knowledgeable. From the time I walked into the office to the time I left. I had a great experience when I arrive for my appointment within less than 10 minutes. I was called to the back. My first visit in July was fine. The doctor recommended labs and a Gastric Emptying Study. I got a letter with my diagnosis and had a follow scheduled for November. The November appointment was terrible. The receptionists and schedulers were very nice but the nurses and doctors I had were terrible. I understand they are very busy but the nurses hurrying and shuffling me about from this place to the next was very off putting. I felt like a sheep being herded. Dr. Jan Janson has been my gastroenterologist for many years, providing excellent care and performing both endoscopies and colonoscopies several times during that period. Throughout his busy practice he always had time for both my spouse and me. When I reached that magic age, the strenuous exams stopped, and I continued on prescribed medications. I have had great experiences here so far. The doctor that I see is nothing but pleasant to talk to and is very responsive. The lab team here for bloodwork always seems to be in the best spirits and its really uplifting and nice to see vs. Other labs where people look disillusioned with life. Recommend them.
It was my first and last time at this location. Looking at other reviews, it seems like my experience was an outlier, but unfortunately it was so poor that I won't be back and I want to share this experience to be transparent for others. Reception staff was friendly and the facility was clean and those were the only two positive things. Perhaps some providers are kind, but unfortunately that wasn't my experience with the one I saw.
