Karen Urban was knowledgeable, concise and to the point. There was limited small talk and a primary focus on my medical issue at hand. I found her extremely professional and direct. My fast follow up appointment went exceptionally well. I thank her employer and her professionalism for helping me in time of pain and confusion.
Good information on process and procedures are provided and communication with the team is very easy. Start to finish is straight forward and efficient . Great info before and after procedure provided by the doctors all questions are answered. When you have to do this, these folks are great and take good care of you.
**A++** My experience with Dr. Kevin White, Julia Dinnen NP (and staff) have always been exceptional. Dr. White is who I interact with the most. In addition to being highly educated, trained, and skilled, Dr. White has an excellent bedside manner. He cares! He's always polite, takes time to explain as well as listen, and was able to make me feel comfortable, even in the most uncomfortable situations. Julia is an outstanding NP, extremely smart, and also has great bedside manner! **Highly recommend!**
My mom said receptionist was great very friendly. The place she never been to before said it was spacious and nice. Has great parking spaces. Very comfortable and good service. Dr Arluk is great as usual very funny. Had a great time at this new location. Will return in 10 yrs if she has 10 yrs.
