Dr Hines and his staff were extremely professional and knowledgeable and they did a fantastic job. I had the colonoscopy done without anesthesia and Dr. Hines explained the process clearly and in layman's terms that I could easily understand. I highly recommend this provider and his skilled and competent staff.
Many years of experience with Doc Janson. He is among the few great doctors to date with a sincere bedside manner. I have put much trust in him on unfortunate occasions. I would pick him again! Thank you Doc! Proudly, Bonny Zeigler
I am on the "3 year plan" for my colonoscopies. I am 77 years old and was very hesitant about getting my 3rd one b/c of my age. The staff made me feel very relaxed and the procedure was "no big deal". As everyone says, "the prep is the worst." True, but if it keeps you from getting colon cancer, it's 100% worth it - not that bad. I chose the "Plenvu" alternative b/c I didn't have to drink so much volume of the liquid prep. Actually, I almost enjoy a bladder cleanse! It's good for me.
The entire staff from front desk sign-in, vitals / medication review assistants, lab work personnel, nurses, & doctors were very friendly, professional and informative. Dr Kauffman took time to explain the diagnosis and treat plan. He and the staff are excellent caregivers.
This was a positive visit. Dr Kaffman was a good listener. He answered my questions. Gave me a suggestion on what to try and correct my problems. We set up a colonoscopy. He ensured me they were handled differently than my first one. I was pleased with the visit.
