Everyone was efficient, and friendly. I arrived before my appointed time, but was not seen until approx. 40 minutes past appointment time. No one bothered to let us know they were running behind or why until we were finally put in the room. We should have been given the courtesy of being informed.

Thank you , the doctor was very patient with me , he took the time to truly listen to my concerns and ask a lot questions. He was very knowledgeable. From the time I walked into the office to the time I left. I had a great experience when I arrive for my appointment within less than 10 minutes. I was called to the back. The triage nurse was very great with me. Got me right into a room, the doctor came in very shortly after even when I made my appointment it was very easy. I was asking for an emergency appointment cause I was... read more

My very first appointment with Capital Digestive, my first appt was Dec 30th. I asked to be on the cancel list, then contacted for Dec 5th. I was told my appt was at 2:30, I arrived at 2:15, then told the appointment was at 2pm. The staff member at the front desk, went to the back, and not sure what was done but they saw me anyway. I truly appreciate her taking a few minutes to get me seen. Then I saw Dr Patrick, very direct, but professional and personable, I like that. She asked questions, let me speak, gave me options, ag... read more

My first visit in July was fine. The doctor recommended labs and a Gastric Emptying Study. I got a letter with my diagnosis and had a follow scheduled for November. The November appointment was terrible. The receptionists and schedulers were very nice but the nurses and doctors I had were terrible. I understand they are very busy but the nurses hurrying and shuffling me about from this place to the next was very off putting. I felt like a sheep being herded. Then the actual Gastroenterologist who I had seen before was so dis... read more

I was seen recently by a PA - I felt completely rushed through the appointment - I was in the office for all of 12 minutes. I didn’t feel like I was being listened too a felt very dismissed. When I gave my history a what brought me in to be seen - the pa repeated back to me completely incorrect information. Clearly wasn’t listening. I left feeling worse the when I came in and more stressed then before. Now I am waiting to be seen by a different practice. Definitely not a great experience when you’re already feeling terrible.
