My first visit with Dr. White was for a minor procedure. I was a little nervous, but the staff was exceptionally kind, courteous, and quick— I was in and out in under two hours. Dr. White was reassuring and attentive, and his nurse followed up with me the next day to ensure I felt well. (I did!) CDC made the whole experience easy. I highly recommend the practice!
This practice is incredible. Every single person that I spoke to from the minute I checked in was incredibly kind and professional. They took my concerns seriously and got me scheduled for diagnostic procedures so quickly that I almost couldn't believe it. I have never felt so confident about the care that I was receiving.
From start to finish my experience with Capital Digestive Care has been horrendous. It's obvious that this practice doesn't care about a patients digestive care in the slightest. I called and left voicemails twice and filled out the on-line form for the Chesapeake office twice. No reply or callback. My wife had to call half a dozen times before I could get an appointment at the Will O'Wisp location even though had a referral from Patient First. Dr. Janson, is awesome! He listens and asks questions!! Doesn’t act like you’re making things up. The office and nursing staff are friendly and informative. You don’t feel like just another chart they meed to work through, but an actual person that they care about. Highly recommend this Dr. and practice to anyone!!
The person I spoke with on the phone was very nice. The person at the front desk was very kind. Alex the MA was very nice also. I pay close attention to the team and recognize a good team when I see them. Dr Patrick did not make me feel rushed and I felt well taken care of. Thank you all!!♥️
