It’s hard to find the words to fully express my experience at this practice. To start, Megan (First Colonial Office) was absolutely amazing. Her bedside manner is truly out of this world. From the moment she walked into the room until the end of my appointment—and even walking me all the way to checkout (who does that anymore? I love this place. I can honestly say that each department is great. The ladies at the front are always nice and get us in quickly. The nurses are always nice. My doctor Dr. Kaufman is the best GI doctor I have ever had...and one of my overall favorite doctors. The ladies that take my blood are so kind and personable - and can always get my blood without busting up my arm or hand! Even the schedule ladies are amazing. I like this practice and would highly recommend.
The staff is exceptional. It’s been 5 years since my last visit. My previous doctor left the practice so I was a bit apprehensive and wanted to be seen at the Glen Mitchell location, closer to my home. However, Every employee I interacted with from front desk, triage nurse, lab tech and doctor, was so professional, knowledgeable and just friendly. I would certainly recommend this location.
Dr Wang has been awesome with me. I came in not understanding my crohns and between talking with her, seeing test results, and reading on my own with some discussion at my next appointment, I've become pretty knowledgeable. She's open to discussing what is going on in me and what different results mean.
Dr. Hines is a great health care provider. He listened to me as I spoke (instead of looking at his computer) and asked detailed questions about my symptoms. He was caring and invested in my progress, and was genuinely pleased to hear that I have had success with my treatment. I truly believe that he cares!
