I recently had a procedure at this office, and it was truly an exceptional experience. The front desk staff were extremely courteous and welcoming. Brittany, my nurse, was wonderful—kind, attentive, and reassuring throughout. Jacqueline, my nurse anesthetist, was amazing and made me feel completely at ease. I have been seeing Dr Jansen for many years. I am very happy with the staff at this office. They are very friendly but respectful at the same time. Dr Jansen listens and takes his time answering all my questions and concerns. I am very pleased
On both of my current visits, within two months due to a lack of unprofessionalism caused by the scheduling department both of my appointments caused undue stress and a lack of trust and receiving care from Capital Digestive Care Virginia Beach center. The entire staff from front desk sign-in, vitals / medication review assistants, lab work personnel, nurses, & doctors were very friendly, professional and informative. Dr Kauffman took time to explain the diagnosis and treat plan. He and the staff are excellent caregivers.
