visited Capital Motors after driving an hour to view a Honda Accord. Unfortunately, the interaction with the salesperson was not positive. He appeared judgmental, and I was told a credit check was required before even allowing a test drive, which is not a typical dealership practice. With strong credit and $5,000 ready as a down payment, I was prepared to purchase if the car met my expectations, but the treatment I received led me to leave the dealership. I do not recommend that you lose your money with this dealer. They only deliver broken cars to you, and then they want you to repair them with your own money. I have a lawsuit against them, with proof of the lies they tell you.👎👎
I finance a car from here in May 2024 and 3months later car started to overheat found out gasket blew, transmission issues, and electrical issues something warranty say they don’t cover. Car been pretty much been sitting since Aug 2024- Til now and every time I ask for help they send me to they shop which didn’t even fix the problem who they recommended I take the car to it has been nothing but issues after 3months of having this car…..I have spent over 5,000 out my pocket as well 😡😡😡😤
I had a terrible experience when I went up there. I got pre-approved and waited nearly three and a half hours, only for them to tell me that the bank denied my application because I’ve only been at my job (Post Office) for three months. I felt pretty foolish, especially since I’m really frustrated that they couldn’t have communicated this upfront. I spent so much time running my credit and waiting around for nothing.
Im so happy with my new car!! I highly recommend anyone looking to purchase a car to come here first. I was nervous walking in but the sales team were very welcoming and listened to all of my needs and current financial situation, they did everything possible to get a car that's perfect for me and without going over my budget! The sales team along with the office staff made the paperwork process easy to understand! and quick. My car was even detailed before leaving the lot. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND BUYING FROM CAPITAL MOTORS
