I had a terrible experience when I went up there. I got pre-approved and waited nearly three and a half hours, only for them to tell me that the bank denied my application because I’ve only been at my job (Post Office) for three months. I felt pretty foolish, especially since I’m really frustrated that they couldn’t have communicated this upfront. I spent so much time running my credit and waiting around for nothing.
I do not recommend you to use this dealer and lose your money. Only damaged cars are delivered to you, and they expect you to pay for the repairs yourselves.
I do not recommend that you lose your money with this dealer. They only deliver broken cars to you, and then they want you to repair them with your own money. I have a lawsuit against them, with proof of the lies they tell you.👎👎
I finance a car from here in May 2024 and 3months later car started to overheat found out gasket blew, transmission issues, and electrical issues something warranty say they don’t cover. Car been pretty much been sitting since Aug 2024- Til now and every time I ask for help they send me to they shop which didn’t even fix the problem who they recommended I take the car to it has been nothing but issues after 3months of having this car…..I have spent over 5,000 out my pocket as well 😡😡😡😤
Never ever buy a car here, they manipulated me for buying a wring car which has a major issue with engine replacement. Now, they are saying - there is nothing in their hands.
