Best place ever This is a great location, pricing and even the building has his years is in a good condition and always clean.When you're in your place you don't even hear anything because people is quiet and there is noise control walls and doors. The people in the office, cleaners and maintenance team are you kind, nice and diligent. I would recommend this place forever.

Great location, affordable price. This is a great apartment in the Capitol Hill area. It would be challenging to find an apartment with at a better location for a better price. Conveniently located right next to Union State and the Capitol Building, the entire city is just a short trip away. Management is wonderful and very responsive. Great size apartments and safe location.

Capital Plaza...more like Crapital Plaza Title says enough. Crappy, management is horrible and non-communicative, there are bugs, my bathroom literally didn't have a door. I was without running water for 2.5 days after calling the emergency line twice and putting in 2 maintenance requests
